Prairie Rose is Section 8 housing for the elderly and disabled. Rent is based on adjusted income. Security Deposits are equal to one month’s rent. Located about 17 miles south of Des Moines, Indianola is a charming suburb with a small-town atmosphere in Warren County. Indianola is best known for hosting the annual National Balloon Classic, a nine-day summer event filled with an array of vibrant hot air balloons. The city also hosts the popular Warren County Fair every year.
In addition to its many exciting events, Indianola offers a broad range of apartments and townhomes available for rent in a laidback locale.
