Property Ratings at Prairie One
I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was. It was clean and well kept. looks better than the photos. Management was friendly and made the process easy and stress free when I signed up.
I couldn't ask for more, it has been just what I needed. Neighbors have been good so far, on site laundry with app letting me know when my laundry is done is very convenient. It sounded like some renovations were going on when I first moved in but has been quiet since. I'm happy i got to bring my cat with me :)
I've been really satisfied with Prairie One and the managers about the condition of the building. They're very communicative and helpful if I ever have an issue. I would recommend living here and plan to continue to stay here for the next few years.
I like the location being so close to the freeway. The neighbors have all been good so far and I like the laundry machines being on site. Management has been good to work with, so far no complaints.
Quiet yet close to downtown and the university. Ive found this to be a good distance between my work and the university while being quiet and cozy.
I've been living here for about a year now and I couldn't be happier. The management is great. Any issue I've had is resolved right away. The price is great and the location can't be beat. It's quiet, everyone keeps to themselves, and I have no complaints.
The building is clean and it’s in a very convenient and walkable part of town! Would recommend!
I love living in this building because it is not too big. Everyone seems to be respectful and kind, neighbors and office staff! Pretty close to a lot of places and not to far away from the interstate. Best of all, I got to bring my dog!
