I’ve lived here almost a decade. Been through a couple managers but this new one is by far the worst. She’s never here. Zero communications on broken things. Quarter machine has been busted for weeks with zero communications on when it might be fixed Garage door has been busted for over a week again with zero communications on when it might be fixed Garage door She’s no longer posting notices to enter. Tried calling the office. She’s turned off the voicemail. Can we have one of the other managers back? This one ain’t it

Overall, the community is amazing. I've never had a problem with my neighbors and you can tell the trust as a lot of us will leave décor or shoes in the shared hallway. My only issues i've had is the kitchen is quite small. as a baker it is frustrating trying to bake with such limited countrer space. We have had new management, so i am usure if it is still an issue. but renewing and upgrading our apartment was a huge mess and almost cost us alot. Only reason i'm not staying longer is the constant rent raise. for the 3 years ive been here, my rent went up $25, to $70 more then the "advertised" price. So once you know the price and get through the management part, it is a great place to live.

They make you jump thru all kinds of hoops to pay your rent and then stick it to you when things out of your control happen (mail not delivered on time).

Jennifer and her team have been everything I would want from my apartment managers. The building is well-maintained and on the occasion where I’ve needed something done, Jennifer and Tom have been great and responsive. I love living in the country, too!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You feel a real sense of community. We’ve only been here a short while but it feels like home. It’s quiet, too, for apartment living. Pet friendly is a plus. The community activities are fun! Name the fish Bob!

I just signed my second lease with Prairie Landing Apartments. I Love the friendly community feel of the apartments. Great neighbors and friendly and professional staff. Extremely well maintained buildings and very reasonably priced. Family and Pet friendly with secured building. I love the option of underground parking and I could not live without the elevators. Spacious laundry rooms, exercise room and mail boxes along with a computer business room makes it easy to never want to leave. We will be here for years to come!!

The place is a hidden hide away but rent is so low you cant pass up. Its like living in a luxury hotel as soon as you walk in the main buildings, open 3 floor welcome room to elevators . laundry rooms work out and computer rooms as well. If any trouble happens , Dave is great and the one that maintains most of it, he is very skilled and all ways explains the why how and what to do if it happens and fixes in a jiff. Its a bit off the way but a hidden diamond waits here in Sharon . Benn here 5 yrs still here to nice to go any where else for me.

I was leaving in 1/2 hour for the weekend and my hot water heater started sparking and making noises. I frantically contacted maintenance and they were there within minutes. My new hot water heater was installed that day and I had hot water when I returned. I was so frantic but these guys came and took care of me with a smile. I've never had to wait for service. I went in on a Monday afternoon to renew my lease, for the 4th time and asked maintenance to check my stove. By Tuesday it was fixed. You don't have to wait long and they are always friendly and courteous. They also have a great sense of humor

From a contactor prospective, I give them Five Stars. Their office manager is very friendly, responsive and all around nice to work with. Their maintenance guy has always given us a helping hand when we needed it and he's also humorous which makes it a light and pleasant work environment to be in. They really take care of their properties and make sure that all the amenities offered to the tenants are maintained.

We've experienced what Axiom and Prairie Landing does, and has done with their properties. They find any means to improve their place to make it as nice and sustainable as it can be. They purchased and redid all the common area carpets and painting. When problems arise they deal with them in a professional manner for the tenant and the property as a whole. I've always been impressed by them

I have lived at Prairie Landing for a little more than three months, and it has been a great experience. Before I even signed the lease, management accommodated me with allowing me to move into an apartment available sooner, which really helped me job-wise. Upon move-in day, my apartment was very clean, and I was excited to unpack. In addition, the day I was moving in, the housekeeper introduced herself to me and asked if everything was okay with the apartment. If not, she said, she would come and take care of it. Also, I had a problem with my dishwasher two months into living in my apartment, and the maintenance man came the next day to take a look at it, which he found that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. He let me know that he needed to order a new dishwasher, and then it could be installed the following week. The next day I received a call from him stating that he was able to get the dishwasher sooner due to juggling with an apartment in the process of being remodeled, because he didn't want me to be without a dishwasher for a week. The manager of Prairie Landing is an absolute pleasure, because she is engaged with the residents and wants to make sure that everyone can have the best living environment. She accomplishes this by enforcing policies and treating everyone fairly, in addition to being both friendly and approachable. All in all, Prairie Landing Apartments are located in a peaceful and quiet area, are comfortable, and, as a tenant, you receive support from the manager, the maintenance man, and the housekeeper.

Good price for the amount of space. The work out room is convenient when the weather is bad (or if you just prefer to exercise inside). The apartments themselves are clean and up-to-date. However, there are some hidden hoops that you have to jump through if you plan to stay for more than a year. My hubby and I have been here for a little over a year. we live in a 2-bedroom apartment, and we love it, but we were not informed that after a year of living here, our rent would increase by roughly 3%. That comes out to be about $20 extra tacked onto our rent, water, and trash rate. Also, after resigning our lease, we were penalized for two months in a row for not having renters insurance (a requirement to live here), even after we provided proof of insurance in the form of a current bill. It seems that the corporate office and the landlady do not communicate on a regular basis. One more thing- even if you live here for years and never miss a payment, do not expect a phone call if your check bounces or if the online payment option fails to process correctly. We have tried twice to submit our rent payment online, and it backfired both times, resulting in fines because the website wouldn't process our payment. Loyalty is not recognized here- if you miss a payment, you pay fines. No phone calls or emails, no warning. End of story. Basically, if you plan to live here, keep it to one year, and you'll be fine. Anything longer, and I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Transferred just outside Sharon for a new job and found this place that met all my needs. Short commute to the city, but reasonable pricing and great space. Great staff and will stay as long as I can!
