Prairie Heights

I recently moved to Minot. This location is very convenient and the view is pretty great as well. The staff at Prairie Heights has been very helpful and accommodating, during the leasing process and beyond.

Ive been living here for about 6 months now. The apartment building is clean and nice. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any needs. It is a quiet place to live. I have had no problems and would recommend!

Laci is beyond helpful! She is always reachable! The apartments are spacious and the rent includes everything you need except electric! But Laci gives you a packet with everything you need to set up and all the information for codes and a map of the property! Love living here!

The location is close to work and my kids' schools. Laci made the application and move in process a breeze. She goes above and beyond to help tenants, which is unlike any other rental company I have dealt with!

I love the size of the apartment. Lots of room, great sized kitchen with several cupboards and counter space. Bathrooms are spacious and good closet space. I really like the separate laundry room as well.

Laci helped us find the perfect fit for our family, she went above and beyond with information on the deciding factors needed to make a move in decision. Without her help we would not be be signing the lease to our apartment. I recommend contacting her immediately if you are thinking about moving in to Prairie Heights!

Conveniently located right off the 83 bypass. Perfect for young airmen or small family looking to live off base. Dog and cat friendly buildings available. Competitive rates with discounts for Military and Trinity employees! Not sure how old these buildings are, but they appear to be recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, new bathroom fixtures, clean beige walls and beautiful gray wood laminate flooring. Newer windows. Open concept with moderate bedrooms. Master easily fits a king bed with two end tables and a dresser. Large walk-in master closet. Large bathrooms with additional storage. Baseboard heat and permanent A/C unit on wall. Detached garages also offered. The initial walk-through, signing of the lease and move-in procedures were quick and painless. The apartment was in near perfect condition at move in, very few signs of wear from previous tenants. The property manager is also extremely friendly and helpful. 5/5 would recommend to friends!

Laci (our building manager) was so helpful and willing to answer any questions we had! The location is the best part- very edge of town and has a “small community” feeling.

Prairie Heights is a nice friendly place to live. There are many complaints I hear about other locations like, the walls are too thin or the parking is too far from the building. All of those are not the case with Prairie Heights. The only thing we lack here are community centers, workout locations, an elevator and a swimming pool. The prices are very good compared to other locations as well.

Very nice area to live. It’s quiet, the surroundings are nice and the apartments themselves are clean, spacious and appliances are up to date. I’ve been living here for 2 years and have enjoyed it with no problems.

Great spacious apartments right off the bypass. Love living in the pet friendly apartments with my two cats.

We love living here. It’s well kept and stays pretty quiet. As a mom, I feel safe here with my toddler which is what I care about most.

Spacious, clean, if any problems, they are dealt with in timely manner. Safe neighborhood to go on a family walk, run or bike ride. Close to a Grocery Store, a Dollar Store, soccer complex and right off HWY 83 for quick access to HWY 2/52.

We’ve got the space that we search for. They are comfortable and beatiful.

I'm 18, I moved into Prairie Heights a few months ago, and I definitely set the bar high with this being my first apartment. We are in the west building on the top floor facing west, and the view is unbelievable. In that direction I get to watch the sun set every night standing on my porch which has vinyl decking that is easy on my feet. I make my living in property management, but I'll say one thing for free: the maintenance and cleanliness of the building and the property as a whole is quite impressive. When looking at the neighboring apartment buildings, I take pride because the one I live in looks the best: the yard, the parking lot, etc. Maintenance is very positively responsive very fast when it comes to issues inside the units. You're right on the edge of town, away from all the noise and of course the drama. I only have two complaints: firstly, I hate the stairs. With how nice of a building it is, it would've been worth the investment to put elevators in, it would've brought a lot more renters (but obviously I was okay with not having an elevator when I signed). Secondly, the management company announced the landlords' decision to make our building pet friendly half way through our lease. Personally, I stayed away from pet-friendly options on purpose, because of the smells and the appearance of the premises once pets are involved. This was an unpleasant surprise to me, but overall it definitely doesn't outweigh the good. In conclusion, you get alot for your money. I live in a 2b2ba and I get in-unit laundry, free basic internet, a two-stall garage big enough for my lifted truck, minivan, and motorcycle, and much more. Great deal overall. If you're looking for a place to "get you by for a while" while you're "just passing through", go cheaper than this. But if you're looking for a place to call home and take pride in where you live, call Sammy @ Prairie Heights, she's one of the most laid back resident managers you'll find.

Prairie heights is the place to be the maintenance is on time ,security is guaranteed, the apartments are spacious and all utilities available.I love it.Jane M
