The complex,is well maintained the are very nice in the office. I like the gym and the swimming pools.The 1 bedroom Apartment is really big.The cost is average for rent in Livermore. They pay for your water and garbage so it's a deal! Parking is good. Its close to the downtown area and the ACE Train and you can also walk to the movie theater. Good location.
I loved my one bedroom apartment! I did a lot of research before choosing this property and I will tell you that this was the best choice by far. I looked at many units in my budget range and nothing compared to what Portola Meadows offers. On top of the 5-star staff, here is what you will get if you rent from Portola Meadows: 729 square foot one-bedroom- All the other units I looked at (I looked at a bunch in Livermore) were smaller, more expensive and had not been updated in a long time. Upgraded, newer stainless steel appliances. New carpet and floor coverings. Central heat and air- No old-school and inefficient baseboard heaters or window AC units. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent- Good luck finding that at pretty much any other properties in Livermore. Two swimming pools and hot tubs- All very clean and well maintained. Gym with newer and well maintained equipment. Updated laundry rooms- Brand new washers and dryers installed in November 2018. Well lit, open property layout that feels safe when walking around during the day or night. Property grounds well maintained by a professional landscaping crew on a weekly basis. Very quiet, peaceful location within a five minute walk to Starbucks, Panda Express, Lucky Supermarket, Jamba Juice, The Rock House, Castle Rock and many other food/service establishments. I had a unit that faced the interior of the property, which meant no traffic noise and very little foot traffic walking by my unit. The unit was in great condition when I moved in, which is an indicator that they do a good job of maintaining their units. I would recommend renting at Portola Meadows to anyone and would go back there myself in the future.
From maintenance to the office staff this has been the most pleasant apartment experience! I moved in a few weeks ago, and I love my new apartment so far. The 1 bedroom Apartment is HUGE.The cost is average for rent in Livermore i think. But they do still pay for your water and garbage so it's a deal! Parking is good. Grocery shopping and great food/coffee options all close by.
