Nice clean environment, very quiet place no loud noises except the train but I kind of enjoy it. Super nice having laundry room in apartment

Very quick and quick easy process. Offered a great deal for the lease. With work and the day beach at the river being close by there's always something to do. The school bus also picks up the kids from the parking lot instead of the street which is a plus.

Wonderful apartments at an affordable price! Also conveniently located near food, hotels, gas stations, and a state of the art recreation center!

The complex is very well maintained and the maintenance crew are very punctual. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The size of the Apartment is very spacious.

Sharra deserves a raise, she goes above and beyond for this community. It's sad what's happened to this community over the past 4 years. The raise in rent isn't very nice. The girls in the office are sweet. We appreciate Cecil fixing our leak problem in a quick and timely manner. Wish there were more trees and less illegal aliens and cars without parking passes.

The apartment is good, mail comes early in the day and the office gals are nice. But if you want a community feel you won’t get that here you don’t talk to your neighbours.

The view from our livingroom is breathtaking. We love how spacious our apartment is. This is a beautiful home for the price and we are so happy to be here!

For the most part it was pretty straightforward, not to big on the whole complete contract over phone and no paper copy offered. The units are in good condition some of tenants have a hard time doing their part in keeping outside clean. Maintenance definitely puts in work keeping grounds clean.

I've only been here a few days but, so far everyone has been so welcoming! The office staff has been so helpful during the process. There are a lot of shady areas for morning walks!

Always have to fight for parking plus, sometimes by the time I get off in the evening I have to find a parking two three building away and I have to walk even further with my toddlers in the mornings when I have to leave for work. It also sucks that some neighbors don’t have consideration for others especially some that work graveyard or have babies and will be loud day and night.

Love living here :) Nice place ! Pet friendly! Help you with any concerns! Safe neighborhood! Nice staff! Fix any request fast! Good parking!

I must say I'm very impressed with Port View Apartments. most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained.

Love it here it’s nice. I like how clean everything is. The apartments are nice too. Wish there was more parking. I also wish they would bring large packages to doors!!

I really like the apartment and the staff. Wish it had HVAC heating and cooling instead of wall units. Priced well above fair market rent for the area which is a bummer.

Peaceful area, train might be annoying to some people but I find it to be good white noise to fall asleep to. Water view is beautiful you can watch the sunset into the horizon. Convenient distance to both my jobs as well!

Convenient and quite, nice community living friendly staff and neighbors , could have more parking but overall a great place to call temporary home

The apartments are beautiful and we have a great view. Everyone is kind and for the most part feels like a safe area. The problems we’re seeing are with parking and vehicles parked in the middle of the roads. I recently have been having to park a couple complexes over just find an empty spot and on the walk to my complex I notice almost all the cars have no parking stickers or passes. Then there are visitors/ maybe residents? (Assuming since they are always hanging out in their car) that are parking at all hours of the day and night in the road behind parked cars (closest to “their” apartment door) making makeshift parking spots as well as by the dumpsters. I hope to see better parking regulation in the future.

Apartment was dirty and gross when we moved in. Neighbors are loud and you can hear people up and down the stairs at all hours of the night (they did not insulated these properly, you can also hear the train, children screaming outside, etc). No central ac or heat, you have radiators. Pet poop everywhere outside, with not enough dumpsters and loads of garbage overflow. The windows have no seal to them, so when it rains you get water inside. The door is not properly sealed, so when they pressure washed the exterior we had water pooling in our entry. Run far, run FAST. All they will ever tell you when you complain is "I'm sorry you feel that way"

Was able to find this place on short notice. Leased a 2br for a good deal and enjoyed my first 3 months so far. Have no issues with the staff, residents, or property

Port View is a great place to live here in Boardman. The community is well maintained, the office staff is always friendly and the views are gorgeous!

The apartments are very nice and they were very clean when I moved in! The office staff has been very helpful! I have only ever lived in single family homes before so the apartment life is new to me and it has been an easy transition.

Everything has been great the past 6 months! Car spots are extremely limited unfortunately so finding parking is tricky at least close to our apartment.

you live comfortably and peacefully apart they are beautiful I'm not very good at speaking English but I like living in these apartments, the neighbors are quiet and the apartments are nice.

I love it here, the office looks woolen are great and I love that they have doggy stations everywhere for use especially when I forget all the time to grab stuff.

Portview apartments is accommodating and nice. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and everyone in the office is very kind and friendly.

Only been here a few days. But so far everything is nice, and everyone in office is nice. There's a few dings here and there. The shower head wasn't spraying well in master bath, but at least we were allowed to put on our own.

It's a nice apartment and the staff are friendly and always available. The Columbia River is close by but the train tracks are also very close and even cause the apartment to shake.

Apartments are very nice on the inside and management is amazing! We love these apartments and the little contest that they do and the stuff they do for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

I genuinely love loving here, I was hesitant about moving into an apartment after living in a house for so long, but my apartment is amazing. I love how spacious the apartment is and to have a washer and dryer in the unit is incredible. The office staff is always so friendly and the two maintenance guys are so helpful and kind.

Apartments are new and modern, nice having washer and dryer in every unit. Staff are friendly and prices are ok. Close to other amenities and town centre.

Great!The staff is so nice, great amenities and we're even getting use to the trek up and down the stairs. The parking is nice because you can park in the general area and not stress.

Everything is nice except for haveing the train tracks so close, rent is a little expensive but other than that I have had a great experience especially with the staff

They are very nice apartments in the inside! Management is amazing and very understanding. They do activities like for Father’s Day and Mother’s Day! They also did a day where you could bring your kids out to the grass area by the office and they got to choose what they wanted to plant and they showed them how to do everything! These really are amazing apartments!
