Im 22 and just moved out and i can surely say its nothing really luxurious about these apartments. I been here since April and i can tell you it’s not the greatest. The walls are hella thin, u can literally hear everything the person is saying and more. Since April I gotten at least 4 or 5 letters on my door saying that i had a fee that i didn’t pay, when i know i paid my rent on time. So im guessing they’re throwing in hidden fees to your rent that they don’t tell you about. Half the time when i walk outside my door i always smell weed and i can’t stand it, an the walkways are filthy. They make you pay for valet trash u can’t opt out of it cause it tried. So you have to pay a trash bill and a valet trash bill. So you have to sit your trash outside your door in a trash can they provide you, AND HALF THE TIME THE TRASH JUST SITS!!! So why am i paying for valet trash when they don’t even get it half the time. I can literally walk 2 minutes to the dumpster to throw it away. That’s all i have to say.

Management unprofessional, communication sucks, walls super thin, overpriced, cars being broken into, has hidden fees you don’t become aware of until you’re a month or 2 into your lease. I would NEVER recommend anyone to move here.

Horrible! 4 cars including mine were all broken into the same night! Can hear neighbors clear as day how thin the walls. Trash system is pathetic! Management unprofessional as well. Save yourself time, money and stress please!

Nothing luxurious about these apartments.That requires more than vinyl flooring. Building cheaply made. Flooring randomly peeling. Can hear neighbors clear as day. Reeks of marijuana. Maintenance lacking. Slow to address leaks. Filthy stairwells that are never cleaned. The one time they attempted it, incompetent workers got the filthy pressure water inside of the apartments. Nice treat coming home to. Amenities you’re paying for are rarely available. Trash constantly overflowing. So many people having their packages stolen. Rude property manager. Avoid.

My family have been year for awhile and this isn’t a luxury apartment as we assumed it would be, the area isn’t the best when you consider there are no malls or major stores and the management of Port 58 isn’t the greatest I have experienced as well as others whom live here and that’s not the kind of environment Luxury should be poor management skills like from the bottom of chain.

Port 58 apartments are nice the place is spacious however if you want to be stay somewhere the hours of your amenities are when your are at work,,, you pay for everything they mark up your rent when they want to… or the pool being opened only during your work hours doggie poop everywhere and management very unprofessional you should sign up
