Every apartment comes with kitchen appliances such as stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. You will love the modern paint colors, there is fresh paint in every unit, and the big windows and new blinds throughout. There is also plenty of storage space, brand new ceiling fans and light fixtures, and gorgeous backsplash tiling in the shower. Conveniently located only 5 minutes to Lake Hefner, and near Hefner Parkway (I-74). You are surrounded by shopping options, with Winco, Sams, Target, Aldi, Sprouts, and Natural Grocers all within about 5 minutes. You will also be extremely close to Integris Health Baptist, and a plethora of parks to take your pet to. Gas is included, electric is not. Water and trash is also included. Off street parking is available as part of your rent as well. And we will be doing professional pest control and lawn care here for all the tenants too. Additionally, we have an extremely responsive maintenance crew that you can text or call at any time.
