Populus is great! Safety and cleanliness was the most important thing to me when apartment hunting, and I found it here! Populus takes pride in its pristine communal areas, such as the sidewalks, pool, and game room. The gated community makes me feel comfortable in my own home.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a resident Christmas party!!!! We enjoyed a full-course dinner, prizes, and let’s not forget the engaging (Hosts) aka the staff which contributed to a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. It's notable that as a guest, I felt warmly welcomed, and the energetic vibe created by both staff and residents added to the overall enjoyment. I was one of the first few to move in and Angel was the only one here but she completely made us feel at home!! I wanted to share my thoughts about Populus Pooler. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with the leasing office through emails or phone calls. While they are active on social media and post updates, they haven't bothered to reply to prospective tenants like me who have submitted applications and paid the necessary fees. Today is 7/27, and it's been a whole month since I completed my application, yet there's been no response. If you don't want to end up frustrated and potentially caught up in application fee fraud, I strongly advise staying away from them.
