Yes, if the opportunity is given for anyone to accept residence here at POPULUS Pooler, I would say for me. It is a great experience. I live in experience. People in the neighborhood is very nice and everybody tends to their own business. That is much appreciative from me, the place is clean Well kept the recycle bins with trash is cleaned up every morning Monday through Friday. That’s a big plus and that says a lot about this community as I say if the opportunity represents itself give POPULUS Pooler a try.

Populus is great! Safety and cleanliness was the most important thing to me when apartment hunting, and I found it here! Populus takes pride in its pristine communal areas, such as the sidewalks, pool, and game room. The gated community makes me feel comfortable in my own home.

Great place to live!

The ladies in the leasing office made my move in so easy! With answering every question I had, to always checking in, and just making it go as smooth as possible. Great energy and absolutely love this apartment complex! Would recommend to anyone!

Populus Pooler is where you want to be!!!!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a resident Christmas party!!!! We enjoyed a full-course dinner, prizes, and let’s not forget the engaging (Hosts) aka the staff which contributed to a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. It's notable that as a guest, I felt warmly welcomed, and the energetic vibe created by both staff and residents added to the overall enjoyment. This suggests a community that values inclusivity and fosters a sense of belonging. I definitely will be attending other events that this property have….

Amazing Property!

We went to the Populus Pooler’s Grand Opening and it is a beautiful! We were greeted immediately and given a tour of the property and its amenities. The staff was nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely a great place to consider calling home.

Best apartments ever!

I almost don’t want to share my review, so I can keep this awesome place to my self! Best leasing office staff you’ll ever come across! I was one of the first few to move in and Angel was the only one here but she completely made us feel at home!! Populus is worth it, the living space, the amenities, and the staff put the icing on the cake.Yasmine, Najara, Shay, Angel and even down to the maintenance guys! They make you feel so welcome. I’m happy to brag on where I reside!

Unresponsive and unprofessional leasing team

I wanted to share my thoughts about Populus Pooler. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with the leasing office through emails or phone calls. While they are active on social media and post updates, they haven't bothered to reply to prospective tenants like me who have submitted applications and paid the necessary fees. Today is 7/27, and it's been a whole month since I completed my application, yet there's been no response. If you don't want to end up frustrated and potentially caught up in application fee fraud, I strongly advise staying away from them.
