Yes, if the opportunity is given for anyone to accept residence here at POPULUS Pooler, I would say for me. It is a great experience. I live in experience. People in the neighborhood is very nice and everybody tends to their own business. That is much appreciative from me, the place is clean Well kept the recycle bins with trash is cleaned up every morning Monday through Friday. That’s a big plus and that says a lot about this community as I say if the opportunity represents itself give POPULUS Pooler a try.

Populus is great! Safety and cleanliness was the most important thing to me when apartment hunting, and I found it here! Populus takes pride in its pristine communal areas, such as the sidewalks, pool, and game room. The gated community makes me feel comfortable in my own home.

I wanted to share my thoughts about Populus Pooler. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with the leasing office through emails or phone calls. While they are active on social media and post updates, they haven't bothered to reply to prospective tenants like me who have submitted applications and paid the necessary fees. Today is 7/27, and it's been a whole month since I completed my application, yet there's been no response. If you don't want to end up frustrated and potentially caught up in application fee fraud, I strongly advise staying away from them.
