Poplar Village

Great staff, location, pricing. Bathroom is a bit too small and AC system is pretty loud. Kitchen is a bit too small as well. Otherwise, no complaints so far.

Kevin was so helpful throughout our move in process and remained kind even when we hit roadblocks. We appreciate the Poplar Village staff and our happy to be residents!

Quiet community but the last manager was difficult. Work orders took months to be completed if at all. A couple of things I was told would get done never did. Moving when my lease is up. Hopefully they find a better manager. Old community and things break. I do feel bad that they only have one maintenance person. He has a lot of work to do, so issues don’t get addressed in a timely manner.

I moved in April 3 from Reno Nevada. The only thing I noticed was extra charges that weren’t in the lease. Rent keeps going up and I’m not sure why. Other than that I’m happy

Desiree and everyone here is so sweet and amazing. They are absolutely the most amazing people I have met. They work with us and anytime there is a problem they fix it.

Been here since 2021 and I love it here. Quiet neighborhood. Safe for the most part. Management and Maintenance is amazing. An amazing Experience.

Nice size apartment (1br), very nice location near schools and shopping. Washroom on premises reopening March 2025. Biggest concern is there are not enough sidewalks to reach everything,even though there are plenty of places in walking distance. City of Murfreesboro is supposed to rectify this. Good budget apartments with weight room, quiet area/residents.

I appreciate the maintenance of the property and peacefulness. The neighborhood feels safe. Dumpsters are never over flowing. I’m looking forward to the updated laundry facility

The property manager is great to me I can just image how she treats the other tenants. Very peaceful apartment complex the grass stays cut the people are peaceful I think it's a great community

Moved into the community a few days ago and management team was extremely helpful at getting me and my family in quickly. The property is like it's own community with extremely kind and helpful neighbors.

It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The office manager and maintenance are very nice and helpful. The few neighbors I have meet are very nice. They property manager is always doing activities for the residents.

I like the quiet small complex. The apartment is nice. Well maintained for an older complex. Love all brick buildings. Very nice manager. Good prices for rent.

Clean, quiet, and plenty of space. Responsive and helpful management. Additionally it is a great location close to everything we need and family!

some plumbing issues after move in but maintenance and staff are very quick about fixing it. complex is in a quiet and cute little area & management holds events which is super fun

The apartments are nice, clean, and cozy. management is firm, but polite and friendly. I like the dog play area, and the laundry facilities are pretty convenient. The community for the most part is pretty quiet. With the current rates of apartments, the price is pretty reasonable.

It’s a quiet, friendly community that is welcoming for my dog. It has a small dog park, a small playground for when my grandkids visit. It is very close to restaurants, stores and the walking trails. I love it here!

I have been living here for over a year and I have been dissatisfied with recent management. I am hopeful it will get better. Rent has continued to go up and the complex has not been updated to reflect this increase.

So far I like this place. It’s cozy and quiet, nestled in a nice part of town. The apartment itself feels like home. The appliances all function properly and management is accomodating.

My experience was good. Being that this is my first apartment. The community is nice and quiet(so far). I would not change my journey of living here at the Poplar Village homes.

The office staff is very helpful and maintenence gets the work orders I put in for done in a very timely manner. Very professional and very informative. I would like to see up keep done on he property and inside my apartment. It would be nice to have better parking, it's hard to get in and out of the property.

Very quiet and relaxing. I enjoy the atmosphere. The gas station is close along with a CVS. The wash room is clean and organized. I like it very much.

Great staffing at the apartments. Just wish the apartments were updated. Regular one bedrooms don’t have central AC. Other than that the place is amazing.

I really like the neighborhood. It’s quiet and homey. I wish we had better amenities and that appliances were more updated. Our maintenance man is very professional and he makes sure he takes care of issues sooner than later.

Everything has been smooth so far helpful in getting moved in and the manager is very nice. Only thing I wish was better was higher shower head but they have nice new flooring and AC has been running good.

It's been a great experience, neighborhood is nice and everything is kept clean and tidy! And the playground is so cute that my child has so much fun playing on whilst I'm doing laundry in the small Landry unit they have here.

No issues with neighbors! Pretty quiet overall, good experience. No loud sounds at night or even during the day really. The office hosted a few parties for residents which seemed fun

It's a nice, quiet community. They work with a one-man maintenance team and, with that considered, they're doing fantastic. The place is maintained pretty well.

I moved to Tennessee 4 years ago and needed a place I could call home. I ran across Poplar Village Apartments and fell in love with this little community. Its an older community but it has heart and soul. I love coming home because I feel safe and happy. If you are looking for a place with lots of bells and whistles, our little area might not be for you but if you are looking for warmth and contentment and a place that you can truly call home...Poplar Village will welcome you with open arms.
