Property Ratings at Pointe Grand Savannah
The staff is extremely rude. Our unit was infested by cockroaches. The roaches are literally everywhere making living very unsafe. They had somebody come over twice and sprayed something, it did not work. I told them that our living condition is very bad because of the roaches, especially because I have a newborn baby. They dont care. They said I need to wait until our lease is over before I could apply to transfer to a new unit. Our washer broke, it’s been 11 days since i called, no one came to our unit. I called, the person named Makaela answered the phone and is extremely rude. She yelled and hang up the phone. I went to the office, she was yelling and refused to help. She said that she doesnt care, we should hang our clothes everywhere. If you are looking for a place, please don’t consider this place.
The management is amicable, and I never had any problems dealing with them besides when I contacted them multiple times about roaches. This is an ongoing issue that hasn't been resolved in 3 years, and likely since they've opened in 2021. It's a new set of buildings, but theyre rife with roaches, and the management does not have a regiment to spray outside the apartment buildings. The breezeways are disgusting, and the rent is ultimately a high amount for living with roaches.
The people in the office are nice and I love the maintenance people. but the apartment complex it's self has some issues that no one can fix. It's really nice here so there's potential. but THERE IS NO PARKING. IT SEEMS FINE IN THE DAY TIME. BUT THERES PEOPLE PARKING IN FRONT OF GARAGES, FIRE HYDRANTS, IN FIRE LANES. THEY EVEN TAKE HANDICAP PARKING. every time you get off work there's a traffic jam in front of the apartment. My neighbors throw their trash in front of the dumpster. they just pile it up outside the empty dumpsters and expect maintenance to clean it up.

The property is conveniently located, close to Savannah, Pooler, And Hilton Head. Nice clubhouse and pool. The employees are very attentive and friendly.
I moved into Pointe Grand a few months back and I cannot speak more highly of the place. Great location, staff is helpful, clean and spacious. Pool and gym are so nice. Kitchen is so fancy, I love it.
