Interstate 95 and Ocean Highway travel directly through town taking you north into Savannah or south into Jacksonville. Jacksonville is the closest big city to Kingsland, located approximately 35 miles south of town into the state of Florida. Although residents of Kingsland have easy access to historic towns in Georgia and waterfront cities in Florida, there’s even more to be found without leaving town.
Kingsland is home to the College of Coastal Georgia and good public schools like Camden County High School. Local and chain dining options await along East King Avenue and Boone Street, and there are several small businesses, supermarkets, and other conveniences in the city. I've been searching for a new place to call home for a few months, and this property truly stood out among the others. What really impressed me—and ultimately helped me decide to choose this community—was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Throughout our email exchanges, they were not only knowledgeable and helpful but also incredibly prompt in answering all of my questions. They never pressured me and were always patient as I took my time to make my decision. When I finally submitted my application, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was reviewed—faster than any other place I've applied to. I also dropped by for an impromptu tour, and they happily accommodated me on the spot. Plus, every resident I encountered during my visit was friendly and welcoming, which really added to the positive experience. From start to finish, the entire process has been seamless, stress-free, and without any unexpected surprises. The well-maintained grounds and warm community atmosphere make me even more excited to call this place home for the next year!

Property manager is so nice along with the rest of the workers no problem over here the apartment are spacious and the gym is really nice along with the pool very convenient to the shopping areas and close to the base.

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years. There were numerous issues with parking and staff communication. Emiko, the new property manager came in and turned things around. The parking issues have been resolved and the staff are efficient and effective. My favorite feature in the community is the gym with the Ecehlon mirror.

I have lived at pointe grand apartments for 2 years. I can honestly say management and maintenance team were great to work with! If I had a problem they were all over it and got it handled pretty quickly. Abbey was amazing to work with on my move out inspection! If you are looking for a centrally located apartment that is literally minutes away from anything in kingsland this is your apartment complex! I am sad to leave but these apartments will forever be with me ( in the good way) 10/10 recommended to everyone!

Started to apply their system was finicky and would not let us finish the application. By the time it was accepted by their system 4 days later. The daily price was over $100+/monh more than what we had agreed upon in the office.

I’ve been here since the beginning of 2021 and I’ve already had so many issues. Moving in there were already things put in the wall that were messed up ( toilet paper holder, towel holder etc) all of them fell out within a month of living here. Not only that but we’ve had problems with our washer a dryer (that we pay for from the apartments) and haven’t gotten any real answers since it broke so we’ve had to wash our clothes elsewhere which has been a huge inconvenience for us. We’ve also had a cockroach problem!!! How disgusting! Yet nothing has been done to help any of these issues and we’ve told them plenty of times. Pls go elsewhere you will waste your money!!!
