0/5 No consideration for tenants at all. Will try to enter your apartment without authorization. Dog poop everywhere, no sprinkler system and plenty of pests. It is all good until you move in then everything goes downhills especially if you are military they will abuse your pockets with fees.

Terrible parking and terrible management. Expected better customer service but clearly the bar is lower than low. They do not know how to speak to people and I've had to speak with management about fees that were never discussed prior. Save your money true luxury apartments at Laurel Odessy.

These people do not care about your health or wellbeing. They only want money. Customer service is below subpar and they charge plenty of hidden fees without explanation. Even when explained that they were errors on their behalf the charges magically pop up again. Cockroaches, ants, scorpions, spiders you name it they got it. No sprinkler system and even more pests in the grass. They do a good job at taking advantage of military so be aware. You have been warned.

This complex will take your money without question but when its time to explain to you why? Especially when it was a “mistake” nobody can give you an answer. Amenities have not been upkept since the new management. If you are military, KEEP your money. They look for ways to abuse our pockets.

Great place to live. The apartments and amenities are very nice and the apartment grounds are kept clean and well taken care of. Everyone on the leasing office is helpful and friendly. If you have a problem they make sure to work through it with you to come to an acceptable arrangement.

Outstanding service and professionalism....People are committed to helping you and they back up what they say they will do...Apt was ready for move-in and was clean ....I only wish i have heard of this org. when i first moved here....

It was so easy dealing with the staff. The model looked great and made me want to move here. It is quiet and the grounds look great. Great price for a great place.

Community is very nice the office staff is absolutely amazing. If you have a problem it make sure I take care of it immediately. The amenities are also wonderful the pool they keep absolutely beautiful. They have a dog park. That is absolutely amazing.

It’s a really nice apartment complex. I don’t have any complaints, honestly. The staff are really accommodating and the Annette’s that are provided such as the pool and gym, are well maintained.

I like most everything about these apartments, the only issues I have had is when we call the office about something that needs to be done, things that we consider safety issues, and it takes too long for maintenance to show up or they don't show up at all.

we had some issues when we first moved in. there was miscommunication about furnishing and we had absolutely no furniture. the master bathroom shower was left on and had flooded the bathroom floor. about a month into living here the a/c broke, they had someone come that night and look at it, unfortunately the motor was broken and we had to wait for the actual company to come and repair it. the maintenance crew brought a portable window unit to keep the apartment cool until that happened. so moving in we had some issues but ever since we’ve had very little trouble with anything and have enjoyed living here.

Feels very safe, most people are Friendly. Staff is understanding and Friendly. Apartment is spacious, open and clean. My family and I had to relocate, and we couldn't have picked a better place

This complex is clean and free of crime/homeless people wandering. The staff is great by fixing all issues as soon as possible. Overall a great military/police community.

Good place to live if you have dogs. Convenient gym on site. Pool is great for get together. Maintenance team is always ready to help when needed. They always answer phone calls when needed to call for questions.

Really clean and I like community. This is the home looking for. Very impressed with the included amenities. Wish I had weird Internet in the master bedroom.

Apartments are fine- decently built and the amenities are nice. The maintenance team is fabulous. However, parking is horrible. We have decided to move only because we usually have to park 2 buildings away.

Our experience has been great so far! My family and I love living here and love the pool and gym as well! It’s such a beautiful community with friendly neighbors!

Everyone keeps to themselves most of the time, however, when there is interaction most of the time it’s pleasant. During the heavy rains, my roof leaked but the roofers eventually came back out to resolve the matter. I wasn’t too happy it took a week but now I don’t have to worry about a leak. The gym and pool area is nice. And utilizing the grill is a plus as well.

Excellent staff, but I wish the internet provider was more reliable. Not being able to manage my own internet and having frequent outages is annoying

Beautiful apartments but not worth the price walls are very thin and not straight at all but excluding that the employees are very kind and welcoming!!

Best maintenance! Maria has been amazing! We are so sad to have to move! We had the best time being here. If you have large dogs, I would 100% recommend this place.

I love the amenities and how well everything is built. I feel safe and I love how responsive the staff is. I feel valued as a resident 100%!

This was my husbands and my first place together and it was a very good starter place! We have been in contact with Maria from the very beginning and she has always been helpful. She answers any and all questions and will drop anything to help! It’s always a very positive vibe in the complex and the gym and pool are both kept clean and maintained. It looks like it did when we first moved in!
