A hot tub would be awesome. Pointe Grand is a decent option for student living, especially considering its proximity to Embry-Riddle. The apartments are modern and comfortable, with basic amenities like a gym and pool that add convenience. However, maintenance response times can sometimes be slow, and parking can get crowded, which is a drawback. The community is generally quiet, and management is approachable, but some improvements in communication would be great. Overall, it’s a good spot for students who want a functional and well-located space without too many frills.

Leasing office staff are extremely unprofessional and do not care about anything. Regional manager is just as bad. Washing machine constantly had issues from getting stuck on the spin cycle indefinitely to leaving grease stains all over everything.

Overall living here isn’t bad, however it’s pretty regular.. not the luxury living I thought I was paying extra for. Only thing that makes it not worth is that they’re overpriced for lack of actual luxury or convenience.

The community is great. Love the office staff but the pest control suck. The bugs are insane around here, everyone knows that so I’m confused to why it’s not being handled. Why isn’t pest control putting out some traps at least. What they’re doing isn’t enough for me.

Roaches ,if you move here get ready for your furniture ,clothes and everything you own to be overwhelmed with Roaches. They spray constantly and still not on top of things.

I’m really impressed with how clean and organized our community has kept the apartments. It’s been easy to maintain my own space when the overall environment is so well taken care of. It’s updated and kind of affordable if you’re living with more than one person. My only con to living here is the walls are super thin and you can hear everything.

As a resident i feel that the condition of the apartments and upkeep is good. We have had some issues with neighbors recently, particularly our upstairs neighbors. We have called the community service officer many times and only once have they responded and helped.

Being a resident here in Pointe Grand wasn't that much of a bad experience. The staff here are really nice and work diligently to whatever cares you need. The pool and gym are kept clean and tidy. The only issue about this apartment are the little critters showing up out of nowhere which does gets annoying. However, pest control does come around every Monday to take care of that. Another slight issue is that the walls are a bit thin so be aware that sounds will be heard even from being on the third floor. Other than that, this was a really nice place to stay in; just really wished there were one bedroom/bathroom.

Nice management and maintenance. However, there are so many roaches in my house. I catch more than 10 roaches every day. It cannot be controlled only with pest control.

Community convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. If you have elderly parents or grandparents it’s close to a nursing facility. Apartments is safe, police live on site. Maintenance crew is good they respond quickly and respectfully.

I do not recommend this apartment complex. Rent is high, there are roaches and have to constantly call pest control if you have neighbors with roaches. The landlords are horrible with communicating information. I did not like it here. Looks can be deceiving!

Overpriced (that’s a problem everywhere) but a lovely apartment. Main complaint is the WiFi situation. Very frustrating to pay for very expensive internet without any control over it. Especially since the quality of it is not reliable. But the apartment itself is nice and aesthetic, however the walls are very thin and poor AC circulation in the bedrooms (just one little vent). I don’t like that there’s no peep holes on the front door. The maintenance workers are very nice and have fixed any maintenance request quickly and efficiently. In the area, it’s definitely one of the better complexes to live at, it’s pretty good as far as apartment living goes.
