my time here has been decent, however i am slightly unhappy that several of the fixtures have randomly started to loosen- knobs and such and i do in fact think its a hazard of new builds that are built quickly

Overall, a good experience. Management and Staffing have been very helpful and professional. The surrounding areas are well maintained. The apartments are built with good materials quality therefore the outside noise doesn’t interfere with the sleep or privacy and viceversa. Amenities are adequate same as parking spaces. Overall, a good experience.

Nice environment with awesome amenities. I like the concept of bringing things to the complex like the blood drive and shave ice. It would be so slay if the AC was cooler in the pet wash room and the water pressure was a little stronger so we could be in and out faster :) Other than that very nice place

Great place to live. Would love to see a playground for the kids, but other than that I don’t have any complaints. The pool and gym area’s are clean and well kept and so are the grounds in and around the community.

I really enjoy the area. The one thing I dislike its hard to get an answer from the leasing office. But over all I loved the area. I was on the bottom floor and had noisy neighbors on every side. But over all nice complex and amenities.

The dog parks are not maintained, there is dog poop and trash all over the entire property, and the residents are loud and disrespectful. The pool rules are not enforced. The staff in the office and dismissive and not helpful.

Beautiful place I get to call home now! The kitchen and open floor plan had me sold as soon as I walked in! Nice size closets with great bedrooms and bathroom space! Staff was super kind and helpful. Located so close to everything you need in a nice quiet area

I adore it here, just recently moved in and so far it’s the best decision I could’ve made. Everything is extremely close which is so convenient, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, the gym is amazing… I could go on and on. My favorite part is that you can tell this complex took time on the inside of the apartments and spent time ensuring that residents would have a comfortable place to call home. If you enjoy a vaulted ceiling 100% recommend the third floor! Compared to my last apartment I’m living a dream every time I get to come home

It has been a great experience for us. However, sometimes there are other residents who don't care and intentionally stomps or bangs on the floor which can bother us every now and then. We tried talking to the office about it and they told us that they will try to talk to them but still the neighbors dont care.

The apartments are worth what you pay! The move-in experience with the front office was miserable, but past that, we love our new apartment, freshly painted and cleaned for us. Lots of great amenities for the community and easy to pay billing cuts down the stress of moving into a new place!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! At least not yet. There is still construction going on. There is noise 24/7 here. Between the construction guys playing their music at all hours, alarms going off for 8 hours straight, and residents playing their bass at 3am, you will never have a moment's piece. Management makes excuses. Yes, they have to test fire alarms. But why is there one alarm that is set off at night and goes on until someone shows up the next day? I'm sure this will be a lot nicer when it's done.
