The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pointe at North Penn
I have lived here for years and thankfully we will be moving soon, because this complex has had a lot of problems in the recent years. The new management is very unprofessional after you start your renting, and any work order or problems will be very poorly communicated if recognized at all. The apartments will have a lot of problems in themselves I’ve lived in different buildings and each comes with its own set of issues. Your car will be completely scratched and dented too, so say goodbye to a pretty finish.
Very unhappy, we had a rainstorm a few weeks ago where water flooded from the front door all the way to the kitchen in the early morning hours. When I called the maintenance emergency line they said for their safety they have to wait until the storm calms. I understand safety is huge and I understand that it’s 1 maintenance person for the entire complex, however with the egregiously high amount of rent you would think the owners would have more help. After calling in my maintenance emergency I did not hear anything for 3+ hours. I work from home and I could not let my work equipment sit in water, so I took it amongst myself to rent a shop vac to get up the water, when I explained to the leasing office that due to the lack of communication I would like to be reimbursed the $25 for the rental. After almost 2 weeks of no communication they got back to me and did not reimburse the $25 for the rental. I expected more from the point at north Penn and I am truly disappointed at the lack of care.
We have been in this apartment since 2016. before this new owner took over, they would vet the applicants prior to allowing to move in. The management used to be on top of complaints and maintenance requests prior to this new owner. The court yards used to be clean and cared for. Now it is not, people move in and bring unwanted "guests". We did NOT have this problem prior to this new owner. They treat for pests however, they will try to fog for treatment and say, "it is mandatory follow the sheet to avoid fees" There are other products and treatment for pest and when you fog it is not safe for people or pets to be around, so it is not safe. We called for treatment after we treated ourselves July 2023. We have found and used the same products as the pest control, we had to take care of the problem ourselves because they took a whole month to get back to us, and by the time it was our treatment was sufficient. I do not trust management entering our apartment when we are not home due to theft issues. We have found dead rats aside the apartment nasty dirty underwear in the grass and trash everywhere. People fail to clean up the dog poop so there is crap everywhere. People leave their kids toys outside and the toys end up on the sidewalks so people can trip on them and fall! We have sent several complaints about the appearance, and this is no longer a nice place to live. Kids run all over with no supervision and destroy the fences and throw rocks everywhere with no consideration of others. We like the location however this new office management is well... Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.
I have stay at this location for going on 4 years now. During the spring/summer when it rains water pours in through my windows. I have reported it multiple times and they have yet to fix the widow. There is mold now. There are cracks throughout the apartment where you can see that the apartment we just thrown together fast. The water smells like rotten eggs in the summer off and on in the main bathroom. The new main office personal can be described as lack luster at best. For the amount money that you pay to stay here the service and space should be much better.
I moved here from two years ago from Virginia Beach and was worried about location and school system. After finding these apartment I fell in love. They are located in an amazing school district and the located to businesses and the city are ideal. The area is very quite. Not to mention the staff here are amazing. All issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Former southeastern OK dweller moves to the big city after 36 years! Edmond is awesome and living on the line of OKC and Edmond is the best of both worlds. Our apartment is great. Service is terrific and location can't be beat. This place is new and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Great staff available to address any issues in a timely manner. Nice surroundings including a beautiful salt water pool which is well maintained. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. Check it out!
