this is my second week at the apartment and I love it everything about it screams home, the tenants are nice. The amenities are amazing and the rent is affordable. I love it here.

I have really enjoyed living here for the past year. The property is clean, quiet and very safe. I don’t take advantage of the amenities or events nearly as much as I should but it is awesome that they put the effort into putting them on. Overall it’s been a great place to call home.

My husband lived here for a year and we loved it! The staff are seriously so kind and helpful, and the grounds are kept very clean and manicured. We had a dog here and he loved the parks and other friendly dogs! The apartments are very nice and maintenance will help you with anything that comes up!

This is by far, the best apartment complex i've ever lived in! Property management keeps the complex very well kept and clean. Management is very quick to respond to any concerns residents may have and are very respectful. There are also always activities and food trucks available to residents! 10/10 recommend living here!

The Pointe at Greenville is a perfect place to call home, whether you are a young single, family, or retired. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, and the amenities -- a beautiful swimming pool, fitness room, two dog parks -- make it a unique place. There are activities for everyone, but also peace and quiet when needed. The maintenance and grounds crews are attentive and expert in their jobs. Also, pets are welcome! I have been here 3 years now, with no plans to move anywhere else.

I just wanted to rave about my apartment complex! The cleanliness is top-notch, and the pool is always sparkling. It has not only one but TWO dog parks which is super helpful. But what really makes it stand out is the sense of community. The resident events they organize each month are always fun, engaging, and there's always something for the kids to enjoy. My son Joey loves going to them and so do I! The staff is absolutely amazing - they're so friendly, hardworking, and genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great experience. The whole team at Pointe is truly amazing. I know if there is ever an issue whether it’s maintenance or office-related, my problem is taking care of fast and efficiently. I can’t express my appreciation to them. If you're looking for a place to call home, look no further!

I’ve been at the Pointe at Greenville for over a year now. The staff is amazing and so friendly. I live the community feel. There’s always something going on like food trucks or appreciation days. Clean, well maintained grounds and pool.

We’ve lived here for 3yrs and have enjoyed it very much. The office staff are kind and the maintenance team is always very quick to fix any issues or answer questions. They do little events through out the year which is fun, like treats in the office or having food trucks visit! The pool is great and the onsite gym has a variety of equipment to use included. We love that it’s gated, and our garage unit is very spacious as well. We’ve very much enjoyed being residents here and would recommend.

My kids and grandbaby moved there a few months ago and love it! I love going to visit them. The staff is super friendly and supportive and they have tons of activities for the residents. Their apartment is clean, so quiet, and feels very open and airy. When you walk around everyone is so nice. There's a dog park and even a place to give your dog a bath. My grandchild loves the playground! It's close to everything including downtown Greenville and Easley so you have the best of both. They said they made the best decision to move there and I agree!
