The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pointe at Five Oaks
While the apartments are spacious and nice, there is little left to be desired here. Walls are paper thin, you will here everything crystal clear and if you have people above you it’s even worse. Management instructs delivery drivers to ONLY deliver to on-site mail room where packages are stolen regularly and management states that they will not review surveillance footage for residents and that it does not accurately show enough proof to catch thieves. Parking is limited and not controlled. Garages are barely wide enough to get a small SUV in and neighbors will park in between garages making it impossible to get into your own garage. Valet trash is cancelled more often than not and additional trash fees are added on with no explanation each month. Dog waste is all over the property and in no way controlled or monitored despite management claiming to fine owners. I’ve lived here for 3 months and all of the above is not only what I’ve already experienced but also what many other residents have confirmed to have issues with. I’ve lived in several places, this is nowhere near “luxury living” and management shows no willingness to improve.
Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Good decision!
I have lived at The Pointe of Five Oaks over 2 years. The complex is not so large that you become lost in the shuffle. The management and staff listen to you, know you and try their best to always accommodate you. Great place to live.
Design flaws with multiple keys and confusing apartment access. Interesting parking concept minimal extra parking. EXTREMELY thin walls and terrible water pressure at-least in building 100. Does have decent clubhouse and Two gyms. Definitely rushed construction in 100 building. Lots of spiders. Apartment with direct garage access is nice.
No parking, paper thin walls and management is AWFUL. I moved out 2 months ago and have called, emailed and left messages about my security deposit that has yet to be returned or even a reason of intent with that money. you won’t get an answer and if they do i’ve heard every excuse under the sun. nobody even showed up to my walk-though i scheduled!! It’s very frustrating and i would NOT recommend to anybody. I just sent my last email and if they don’t resolve the issue i’m going to go down there. I will update with their response this time.
My wife and I recently moved to the area we wanted to live in the area before we decided where to build. We have lived on the property for some time and the staff and community will be great. We have enjoyed getting to know the area and having access to Five Oaks Country club has been a nice bonus. We will be sorry to leave but our family is outgrowing our apartment :) Thank you for a great home

It has been such a pleasure to have you as members of our community! Thank you for making your home with us. You will be missed.
Poor design allows for residents with garages to use their garage for storage and park both their cars in spots where planners had intended other residents to park. There’s atleast a quarter mile walk to park sometimes. You can hear your neighbor snoring and talking. It’s all horrible. Save your money.
You don't think parking is a big deal until you have to park a quarter mile away from the door every day. Many units come with parking garages, except people are not required to park in the garages, so instead, those garages are used for storage, and the extra car is parked in a spot that was probably intended for a resident who doesn't have a parking garage with their unit. This leaves very little parking for everyone with half the complex having a significant walk to the visitor parking or other half of the complex to park. Except they place the dumpsters in the middle of resident parking too, so that also takes up space reserved for cars. Also there is no place to pull up and drop things off first before parking. It is a nightmare. This place was poorly designed in that capacity, and since parking in your own garage isn't enforced, this allows for major overcrowding. There is no remedy aside from telling people they can't use their garage for storage. None. Also, there is a bug problem, which is very disappointing considering the units are new. There are spiders and stink bugs in every room. Finally, if you want to be able to hear the conversations next door or have the person above you sound like they're stomping, when they're actually just walking normally, this is your place. The materials used in construction were chosen with no consideration for blocking noise from other units. I can hear the neighbor snoring at night, for example. Ugh. So much potential, but these things make it a no-go for me.
These apartments may be pretty and the complex is in a great area with really nice people , however Interior finishes do look very rushed and unfinished. Also, the walls are beyond thin. We’ve heard everything from snoring to phones going off and lowsey neighbors stomp loud at all hours even after quiet hours during the week which is also the downside of having vinyl flooring in all units except bedrooms and closet areas. No complex is perfect (based off past renting experience) but definitely do your research and ask questions. Don’t get so caught up on esthetics!
We learned I have cancer on Easter Sunday. It is a serious situation. We knew we could not keep up over an acre of property and home while going regularly for my treatments, so after looking at several complexes, we chose The Pointe. It is perfect for retired couples (like us), young career professionals, and anyone who is looking for high-end amenities (valet garbage pick-up available!) included in the rental costs. These are beautiful apartments, a stunning complex, and very responsive staff. If I was forced to point at one thing that's not 5-star, I would say the garages are a little tight, but we have a medium SUV and it works just fine. Given my health needs, I have come to view our apartment at The Pointe as our little sanctuary and we could not be more satisfied.
