Lake Apopka, a quaint neighborhood near Orlando, Florida, surrounds the very large Lake Apopka. The north side of the lake is entirely encompassed by a nature preserve, Lake Apopka North Shore. I’ve been living at the point at Eastshore now for several months and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The property is well kept and maintenance is incredibly reliable. The Office is incredibly helpful with any issues that come up and can usually fix them within 24 hours, David has always been very insightful and always has answers to any question I have. There’s a stairmaster in the apartment gym. The pool is fantastic especially for football season if you’re a sports fan with plenty of TVs! Also the neighborhood is incredibly safe I’ve never had any issues with anyone bothering me and it’s very walkable If you have pets, I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough for the luxury that it provides and the affordability you can’t find something better!

So I originally viewed the property and I loved it at first sight, but I wanted to see other options in the Area they had good options. But this place just kept coming back to me the staff, the ambience, the location access to the highways. It’s not super busy with traffic. It was just a perfect opportunity and I couldn’t pass it. The move-in was super smooth,David was great took care of everything I needed. And helped Me with anything I needed, when I moved in this place is great and have no bad things to say about it.

Moved in to the complex when they first opened. Have been through multiple managers and maintaince staff. I can honestly say the place went from ok to the slums to great! The new manager Jill has really taken control of things. The maintaince guys (Eric, Chad, and Darren) are great guys, you have any issue they are right there to fix it. We thought about leaving at the end of our last lease. But with the new team, we decided to stay!

We’ve lived here for a year and it’s the worst complex we’ve lived in. Rules are not followed and not much is done to fix it. When things are broken here, they are broken for a very long time. This “gated” community has broken gates for almost 7 months of our residency. Gotta follow up via email a number of times to get anything done. Do yourself a favor, do not move here. Not worth the money.
Don’t waste your money - luxury apartment, as advertised…not accurate. Website stated “Gated, Controlled-Access Community” - gates are broken almost every weekend, not fixed for months at a time. Policies are not enforced, such as trash. Hallways are constantly filthy because residents leave bags out at the wrong times - more roaches than anyone ever wants to see. Looking forward to leaving here, would not recommend to anyone.
If you can live somewhere else please do. I live on the second floor and the stomping of my neighbors are ridiculous. You can hear everything. I’ve complained several times but the fact of the matter is that the floors and walls are too thin. There are constant bugs in the hallway and pool hours are not enforced resulting in constant noise by the pool area. If an apartment becomes available please make sure you are on the 3rd floor if you have no choice but to move here. The gate is also constantly broken. Be mindful of the earlier reviews. The old leasing company had prospects who toured the apartment leave reviews. A lot of the 5 star reviews aren’t from residents. There’s also a lot of theft of packages that goes on here. Please avoid the headache and move somewhere else.
We really needed to find an apartment and we booked a tour . Ali greeted us explained everything and we decided to apply on the spot because of her . We were instantly approved and we can’t wait to move in the place are brand new the apartment is super modern and chic . Great experience superb customer experience highly recommend

By far the best apartment complex I had seen all weekend. I visited about 5 complexes in two days and Alta East Shores was hands down my favorite. Brand new, lots of space, and I loved Kristin! She was so helpful and answered so many of my questions. It’s a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and area. Looking forward to moving in :)

Great customer service from the leasing agents. The floor plans and upgraded appliances and amenities are just phenomenal. The pricing for the units are amazing and unreal for what you are getting when leasing with this property. The prices are unbeatable! I really recommend leasing here because it will be hard to come a crossed another gem like Alta East Shore!
I had the opportunity to visit the community. Even though I wasn’t looking for an apartment for myself, Debbie took the time to show me around explained the different floor plans, difference in prices and how my family could apply online. Her enthusiasm is contagious.

This community is gorgeous. Everything is brand new and high quality. Krysten was welcoming, patient and knowledgeable of the area. She was extremely helpful in so many aspects of my search.
We went to tour these beautiful, new apartments and were completely blown away! The amenities alone were amazing and then when we toured the apartment it took our breath away. We worked with Kristin and she was an absolute delight. So much professionalism from the whole staff. We’ve toured many apartments this past month and these have been the best we found!
What a great place and the manager Debbie was so lovely and helpful! The apartment has the “WOW” factor and the site itself is just a dream! Can’t wait to start our new life at Alta East Shore!
