Pointe at Central

It’s a great place and nice amenities I’m really happy that I’m able to live here especially with the price range it’s such a good grab for me

Love it all! I enjoy my amenities but wish the lighting in the bathroom was yellow instead of white. Love my bedroom fan. Overall, it has been a good experience for me so far.

I enjoy the community events and the atmosphere. It really feels like home and the staff contributes to that. Maintenance is great, prices are great

I loved living here. I loved the events, the RAs, having 2 pools, and the study space. My building was not to far from the shuttle stop, so I definitely used that as much as I could.

I love living at The Pointe at Central. Super helpful staff, great price point, awesome amenities, and perfect location near UCF main campus. I’ve renewed twice and if I continue my education at UCF, I will again!

Very nice apartments and staff were super nice. They let us do a walk-in tour even though we had no appointment! Price is more affordable compared to other apartments nearby. Excited to move in this upcoming fall!

Solid place to live, good cost, and decently close to UCF. However, be aware there are no elevators here. So, if you are placed on the second or third floor moving in and out will be a bit of a pain.

I love it here and would love to continue living here. I think that the community events are a great way for student to go out and do something together or even individually. it gets you out of your house and distracts you for a while. Great prices for everything it has to offer!

love it here. maintenance fixes most things if anything goes wrong. great amenities that are well kept by the community. guard ensures all guests are checked in at gate.

I love it here! Best rent among my friends at UCF, maintenance staff is always so helpful, fast, and kind, and the rooms are super spacious.

Very friendly staff and RA's that are always around to help, the amenities are amazing with high speed wifi, 2 pools/clubhouses, a gym, and always fun activities and free things! The apartments themselves are okay, roaches won't be an issue but silverfish and centipedes end up everywhere somehow. A bit pricey but not much cheaper in the area, they do take financial aid though. Not much within walking distance so the shuttle is nice but it only goes to campus and back.

So far everything has been great. One of my favorite things is maintnance, they are super fast and helpful and they go above and beyond. I also like the survey afterto ensure everything went well

Amazing value with a variety of amenities. The living areas are spacious and feel very homey but the appliances and shared storage are a little small for four people.

The apartment community is nice, the staff in the office are helpful and the amenities offered are nice! The staff puts on fun and creative events that allow the students opportunities to take a break from school and make friends. Utilities being included is really helpful for students who don’t have a high income and being able to use the Wi-fi and shuttle bus is also very very helpful.

It’s pretty clean the staff could answer faster. I don’t think the new keys are going to be better. I also don’t like how the rent is so different for everyone and not set

I’ve had a generally positive experience living at Pointe at Central. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to local amenities, transportation, and campus. The apartment itself has been comfortable and well-maintained. I appreciate the spacious layout, modern appliances, and the overall aesthetic of the complex. The maintenance team is responsive and always takes care of issues promptly when they arise.

My apartment community is great. They offer lots of special events every month, the amenities are kept extremely clean, and they have so much to offer. I love that they have waffle Wednesday every week where you can go build your own waffle with various toppings. I just wish I had a different building location because my building is right off the road and it is super loud.

The Pointe is one of the cheapest options available and has been a great experience for me for the past three years. There are great amenities, security, maintenance, and close to campus

i like the pointe. the kitchen sizes are much nicer than any previous student apartment i've stayed at. the community is very dark which makes walking at night not very pleasant. the walls are very thin making noise a big issue for me.

The security guards are all very friendly and welcoming. The clubhouse is very convenient, though the gym coulf use some new upgrades in my opinion.

All the amenities are great, I love that is a gated community so it adds a lot more security when coming home late, overrall is pretty quiet so I can always get stuff done without worrying about loud neighbors.

Very clean and organized spaces. A lot of amenities that keep you entertained and lots of activities every week as well. Moving was easy here and I’m so excited for the next few years here.

So far I have loved living here and I hope to live here for as long as possible. I recently moved into The Pointe at Central and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The property is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas that make it a pleasure to come home to every day.

The place is very nice so far! I liked all of the equipment in the fitness center, and the pool looks amazing. My apartment room was actually a little larger than I expected once I rearranged the furniture. There has been an issue connecting to the private internet, though, but there is some public WiFi I used before I can call Whitesky. Additionally, management took a long time to actually approve my lease/let me pay rent which was upsetting, but it got resolved in time for me to pay at least.

maintenance responds to work orders fast, apartment was clean upon move in, and the price is hard to beat. only complaint is they could fix the broken gym equipment faster.

Moved here straight from UCF dorms after my first year! I love the place and how cozy it is. I've never had any bug issues outside of a wasp nests on my balcony, but maintenance was able to quickly deal with it. I feel many are turned away by its distance from campus, but honestly the UCF shuttles make ease of that and the ride is never longer than like 12 minutes MAX.

The engagement is persistent, and to be frank, it can be a little bothersome. However, it is understandable. In addition, the customer service is phenomenal. They were personable, kind, and, albeit a little comical, a little comical. I've had a great experience with the Pointe thus far.

Awesome community and amazing vibes! I'm glad to have chosen the Pointe and don't regret it one bit. I was looking for a decent place to stay once I moved out of the dorms and I found a great place!

Kinda sucks that I didn’t get the apartment I wanted after the lady in the leasing office told me if I signed up now I would. But it’s fine, also note that these are the cheapest apartments so it’s not going to be high class living, but it’s better than dorms. Also sad that they rose their rent because quite frankly there was no need to if there haven’t been renovations. Also, I recommend talking to people before applying. The lady I was on the phone with was saying that a 4x2 is an “upgrade” from a 2x2 when in fact it is NOT… now I’m living with three extra people versus one extra person… Also, ask about rent prices for each unit to check the difference in $$ from a 2x2 and a 4x2.

Living here as been an amazing experience. Everyone is kind and helpful and the amenities are truly amazing. I love Pointe and all that it has to offer!

Easy to live at and love all the amenities provided and floorplan options. I have not had any problems so far but if I had I trust the staff to help me!

I think its great and I love the amenities it provides. I love the gym and my room as its very cozy. I also enjoy the pool table as i play it alot with my friends!

So far, I've had a good onboarding experience! I had a great tour with the leasing agent Adriana, and she helped me secure my unit before everything sold out!

The place was super clean when we moved in and maintenance and the front desk staff have been incredible. They've been timely and cordial. I love all the events that are hosted by the staff and the amenities offered on the property.

Great apartment, older appliances. Very good environment and events almost every week. Well kept up amenities and easy access. Maintenance takes a while to respond to tickets, but not sure if that is a third party company.

Pretty nice for the price I’m paying. Maintenance is sometimes annoying. They kept going in to fix my bathroom 3 times when it was my roomates bathroom that they needed to fix but it is what it is. I love all the event options they have like waffle Wednesday, a carnival, etc. The events are always amazing and amenities are great with the multiple pools, gym, multiple courts (basketball, tennis, etc).

Overall solid experience, the only thing you should know is that there are no elevators so if you get put on the third floor. You're gonna want some help moving anything particularly heavy.

I love all the amenities and the RAs/Leasing Assistants at the Pointe. The price is also very good for what you are getting. However, sometimes maintenance is hard to work with.

For the most part it’s nice place to live. There are many social events that allow you to get to know other residents and the RAs. And maintenance team are fast .

My roommates kinda sucks but the actual apartment is pretty nice. We also have roaches but we used a couple bug bombs and now it’s not as bad. The bedrooms are nice, the kitchen and living room is spacious, and I like the club house. The shuttle is super convenient too, especially as someone without a car.

It was an easy move in experience the ras are very lovely! Got my keys checked in and roommates were very nice and helped me move in with my things as well!

I love the pointe at Central. Their maintenance team is always willing to help me. I like the amenities they offer. The price is the best in town.

Living at our student housing has been a great experience! The community is friendly, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to campus. The management team is responsive, ensuring any issues are quickly resolved. It's a comfortable place to live.

The move in was great and the staff made the directions very clear as of what to do. They also were very welcoming and ready to help with any questions. The apartment is very nice and has lots of space.

I love it here. I have been here for 2 years now and it is a very comfortable place for me. The events are fun and I love that we have 2 pools and a lots of areas to play sports.

You get what you pay for. It's close to UCF which is nice, but the building itself is old. I'm on the third floor and the floor squeaks near my bedroom door. There's no elevator just a small staircase to get where you need to in the building. The outside amenities are a nice plus but don't expect it to be some resort hotel.

Stayed here for all 4 years, great location, great staff, I would recommend this to anyone who needs to move here for school. The lower price average is a bonus!
