Plum Ridge Apartments

I have been here for 2 years and absolutely love it. It is quiet for an apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful. Management is great to deal with and they stay on top of things for their tenants. So convenient to everything. Totally recommend living here.

We've lived here for about 2.5 years and have really enjoyed it! The location is extremely convenient to everything, and it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is pretty quick, and their pet fee is pretty reasonable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking!

Plum Ridge Apartments have many positive qualities. It is a very safe location. The spaces are large enough for an SUV to fit comfortably. They keep the outside areas clean and well kept. The inside of the apartment is spacious with an open floor plan. There are plenty of windows to add an exceptional amount of light. Maintenance is efficient. They are very easy to work with for any issue that may arise. I feel very comfortable with living in these apartments with my kids. Come stay at Plum Ridge Apartments!!!

We are beginning our 3rd year here at Plum Ridge Apts. We are very satisfied with our apartment. There is minimal noise from other apartments and none from the street. Any maintenance requests are addressed within a reasonable time.

Plum Ridge Apartments are definitely the place to go for the money in our area. I looked at several places to rent, and none came close to the quality of PR for the price. Many places were more expensive with poorer quality. And the pet fees at PR are more than fair. Of course living in an apartment isn’t perfect, you may hear some noise once in a while. But I feel as though the vast majority of noise is fairly well eliminated. Any issues that I may have had with my unit have been dealt with promptly. The only gripe I have is with the limited parking. And even then, depending on the building you lease in, it may be more or less of an issue. Some units do have plenty of parking. I notice reviews indicating the apartments are filthy/moldy, or the property manager is mean/evil. Absolutely not. Ignore those reviews. Jenny has been extremely easy to work with, and accommodating. And the apartments are in fantastic condition. Sincerely, a three year lessee.

Love living here! The apartment is roomy and bright, and the bedrooms are a good size. It’s a quiet building in a really convenient spot, and the property manager is quick to respond when I reach out. Great place to live!

I’ve been living here for two years, and I really enjoy it. My apartment feels like home, and I love the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the complex. The location is very convenient, and the community is well-kept. On the rare occasions I’ve needed maintenance (just twice), the team responded quickly and took care of everything, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m happy to call this place home!

The apartments are big and spacious, the appliances and countertops are nice. Everyone keeps to themselves so it’s a quiet area. One con is the area is crowded so expect to sit in traffic around 4:30-5:30 especially when leaving the neighborhood.

I moved here three years ago and this has always been a quiet and safe community. The property manager has always been very responsive when needed too.

I loved every minute of my time here. I moved in at the beginning of 2022 and just recently moved out. We had no issues at all, anything that we did have concerns about they took care of right away & had great communication. I couldn’t have picked a better place to live for 2 years. It was perfect for us being so close to town and still feeling like a small community. I can’t say enough good things.

Nice spot, decent rent. My biggest con is the HVAC system in the units. The smaller bedroom has a weaker system in all the apartments. That’s something to keep in mind.

We moved to Southern Indiana from Texas. Not only did Jenny make things easy for us to make the move, she is always available when we have questions. The complex has grown since we moved in and still run well. Glad to call it home.

I toured and searched everywhere across the bridge in SoIN..I was always set on Sellersburg since I’ve lived here most my entire life, family is here, and love this area and community. This complex is tucked off of Charlestown road, it’s kinda like if you know you know —Very seclulated and safe. Insides are lux: high ceilings with stainless steel appliances/marble countertops and no carpet throughout *big plus*. Very spacious units and all are 2 bed 2 bath apartments. J the property manager is amazing- and maintenance is always on top of anything that needs done. Really love that these are new 2023 builds, and I got a unit that has never been lived in before. Been here for almost a year- love the security and quiet back here. 5 stars
