Unbelievable!!! Poor management!!!
Prior to moving in we had to thoroughly clean the apartment.. The place was disgusting .. doors on cupboards were broken.. no doors on closets.. all the laminate on countertops was peeling off.. had to go 2 months with our Air conditioning, management never had it fixed.. Paid on time every month kept the place tidy and was unable to get deposit back !! Owner and manager were completely uncaring!! Good riddance !!!

Does not renew leases
We have been having issues with our teenager and Ray the property owner just doesn't even care.We pay our rent on time every month and keep a clean house but because our son is acting out he decided NOT to renew our lease...There are others that live here that have way worse problems than us and also Nosy Neighbors (you know who you are)He didn't even talk to us about it he's just an absent owner...Good luck getting to stay more than a year

Apartment complex
I lived there for a year before moving out of state . I must say I had THE best landlord out there . He is very carrying and understanding . Apartments are amazing . We loved our apartment and we were sad to leave . Would recommend to anyone that is looking . Just amazing . We miss it a lot .

Plum Hollows
Hi I am in a small city in the state of Florida, and the city is called Vero Beach I would love to be a winner in my area it iis a nice and quiet area to be located in we have a nice pool where you can relax in. It's nice and I love my apartment .
