This Condo unit is two units combined Unit 118 & 119. This enables more comfortable and spacious living. Kitchen area has plenty of counter spaces as well as cabinets and drawers for storage. Dining area round glass top bar style table positioned overlooking the water. The living area has claw foot desk with matching chair. 55" Flat Screen 3D Smart TV equipped with 3D DVD surrond sound. Also wrap around couch with dual recliners. Note the couch folds out to make queen size bed. The area is also equipped with a wet bar for small gatherings. Living area also over looks water. The unit has 2 full baths - Tub & shower combos. Two bedrooms each with queen size beds. Large Flat Screen Smart TVs also equipped with Blu-ray DVD players. The Cabinet spaces for each bed room & Bath is setup for storage with shelves & Drawers. Clothings etc. Has outside balcony water front view - table & 2 chairs. The Pleasure Island Condos are a nice quite place to live. The community is fenced and gated. You will have covered parking. The units have a elevator service which is very close to this unit. We have worked hard to furnish this unit with high end very nice furnishings for comfortable living. We expect the Tenant to be very responsible for the care of the furnishings. Application will be required as well as previous references. Facility is equipped with Swimming pool, Hot Tub & a outdoor covered Kitchen area with TV, sink, Fireplace , Table, Chairs and plenty of barbacue equipment. THIS UNIT IS FULLY FURNISHED - YOU CAN REQUEST AND WE CAN SEND THE ITEMIZED INVENTORY LIST. THE UNIT IS READY TO GO. BEAUTIFUL DECOR THE WORKS AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGES.
