About Pleasantview Towers

We have immediate availability with our one-bedroom apartments for individuals who are 62 years of age and older or have a verifiable disability. Rent is calculated based on 30% of your gross annual income minus any allowable deductions. Some of the reasons you will love Pleasantview Towers are we offer a caring and dedicated staff including manager(s), maintenance and a service coordinator, 24-hour on call maintenance for emergencies, community space for our residents to enjoy and socialize with their neighbors, easy access to public transportation, monthly activities and/or information sessions. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Pets are permitted as such: 1 cat or 1 dog must be under 25 pounds, and you must pay a refundable pet deposit.
