Plaza Point Apartments

This is fabulous apartment community perfectly located just steps away from Country Club Plaza. Unlike the colossal high-rises nearby this building boast a smaller number of units adding to its charm. A neighborly atmosphere that's irresistible. The 24/7 doorman brings a touch of nostalgia to the building. The building may not be the latest and greatest lke it's flashy plaza counterparts but that's precisely why prices are so irresistible. The dedicated manager goes above and beyond always right to answer any questions and provide superb assistance. So if you're on a quest for the best value for your hard-earned bucks and crave that iconic plaza experience. Make sure you add Plaza Point to your list to visit! I have been a fan for 10 plus years.

I stayed at Plaza Point for 4 months and I had to move to a different city. The apartments are spacious and the rent is affordable for Plaza. However, when i broke the lease, I was asked to pay one month's rent and my security deposit was retained. This was not mentioned in the rental agreement. I paid the rent and security deposit and left. 3 months later, I got a call from a collection agency asking that I owe Devinki real estate $2,500 for breaking the lease with plaza point. I never received any documentation from anyone. I was not told about this amount by my landlord when I was breaking the lease nor was this mentioned on the rental agreement. I asked for documentation about this from Plaza Point, they said they don't have it. And I don't know why would Devinki real estate charge me without sending me a notice. I had no visibility with them. I should ideally receive any such notice from my apartment. The collection agency threatened me to put that on my credit history. It is just too much money and things are suspicious and untold to the renter. I would suggest to choose a different apartment but not this.

I lived here for 2 and a half years and would have stayed longer had I not been relocated for my job. Loved the location and the office staff and doormen were always helpful. I never had any significant maintenance issues but the minors ones I had were tended to extremely quickly and noise was never a problem. I absolutely loved the balconys and huge closet space. Definitely a steal on the Plaza. My only complaint would be quarter laundry service but I doubt you'll find anything different on the Plaza.

I lived with my boyfriend at Plaza Point for 1-year and we loved it. The Lady in the office was extremely responsive and friendly. The location to the Plaza you really can't beat. And the amount of space you get for the money is unheard of for that area. The building itself is very quiet and clean. I think it could do for some updating especially to the lobby/reception area. But that would be the only complaint. Overall it is a great place, great location and great price.
