My wife and I have lived here for almost 8 years. We can't hear our neighbors, the apartment is repaired in a timely manor. The management has answered all of our questions. The people around us were very kind. The only reason that we are leaving is that we are moving out of the area. The rent was very good for the size of the apartment. The management did not raise our rent on a yearly basis.
Apartments are really dated inside. 80's style if thats your thing. Old dark wood cabinets and appliances that are cheap and old. Hallways smell like cigarette smoke and standing water in basement by storage units. Maintenance staff are nice and fast and the outside looks nice and kept up. On site manager doesn't like being bothered and seems uninterested with it all. Good location for downtown. Gets loud when the train rolls by, literally 60ft from property.
