I love the location and it has been a great place ...

I love the location and it has been a great place to live for 3 years :) The gym and study rooms are my favorite! My favorite events are definitely the food trucks!

Awesome Place!

I had a wonderful experience living at this community. The staff were always nice and very prompt to help whenever I had an issue. I would recommend to anyone!

Landscaping and barbecue area is outstanding!

A friend recommended this complex. Beautiful landscaping and there is a barbecue area. We rented a 2 bedroom unit with lots of natural light. So far, we really love it. I can't wait for the first monthly barbecue challenge!

Let the good times roll at Halliday

My fiancé and I moved here from Monet, Missouri. The people are just as friendly here as they are in Missouri. We have one dog and there's lots of places to take our pet walking. Our unit is really large with a great kitchen and fabulous new stainless steel appliances. There is free parking for us and our guests. We are planning a big Super Bowl party and will have tons of friends over. They'll be lots of free parking for everybody. Go Panther!

Spent the day at Halliday...

Visiting a friend. They love it here. I have just submitted an application to move in. The unit I want to rent is spacious with lots of natural light narf new appliances. A must since I love to cook.

Saw the on Facebook and decided to rent

This was my favorite apartment of all. The location was great, the apartment was beautiful and I loved having a two car garage with remote. The kitchen was fantastic, full size fridge. Huge laundry room, huge bathroom, massive amounts of closet and storage. Just loved it, and would rent there again if I get to go back to Halliday again.

My girfriend and I just moved to Halliday from Arkansas. Before coming here, we started looking into apartment complexes and Halliday Apartments.com absolutely stood out with their pictures of the immaculate kitchens, floor plans, and community features that they have to offer. Upon arrival, we realized that the apartment and community amenities were merely a selling point to get people into the main house. What really keeps the tenants here to stay are the outstanding staff that make your happiness and comfort their number one priority. Over the past two months, they have done anything and everything possible to ensure that we were completely taken care of and happy with our new apartment.

Amazing

This is a great location to live. It is walking distance to both beaches. If you are a shopper, it's only a 10 minutes walk to shopping malls. The roof top is amazing and you can see the weekly fire works at lake shore .Have I mentioned grocery store in the lobby? They have every thing you need is nearer to the place during winter weather.

Perfect place to live

This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.

This is the best apartment for the money. With utilities, cable and all amenities included, you save 120.00 is you had to rent from a similar place.

Layout is spacious

I would recommend this apartment to potential renters. I have lived in several apartments, and this is the one where the owner was most easily accessible. Most times I called with a maintenance concern he was already on the property making sure everything was okay. I felt safe, comfortable and pleased with the environment. The layout is spacious, utilities were financially reasonable due to the efficiency of the windows and heating.cooling systems and noise was minimal. I only moved because I got a job out of state.

I recommend this property

I had a great experience at Halliday Apartments. The Manager was extremely helpful and accommodating for my temporary living needs. I always found they to be professional and friendly. The maintenance went above and beyond on several occasions . The maintenance even came on a Sunday, his day off, to assist me with a non-emergency situation. I was extremely grateful!! Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex. Thank you all!
