Platform Americus

Full of people with weapons and brining drugs. They got cameras but management will not do anything.

I have been living at these apartments since they have been built! They have almost everything you need. Wi-Fi, electricity, water and trash are included in rent and that makes for a great budget.

These apartments are great for a college student or small family. Good price with new appliances!

The apartment are super nice, spacious. Camera all around the facility. You would think that having surveillance 24/7 that this would be a great place to live. But ……. People hang out all on the stairs all hours of the day and night smoking and carrying on. Music playing loud!!!! It’s dog friendly as well but none of the owners pick up behind their dog so dog poop Is everywhere!!!!! A gate to would be a great idea to keep stragglers out and if the landlord would just watch the camera and start doing something about the small thing before they turn into bigger issues. So it’s a NO for me. Platform in Americus GA is not a great place to stay!!!!!

What the apartment provides is adequate, although I've had odd interactions with the apartment staff. The complex used to try and do monthly check-ins with their management team, but that eventually became sporadic as once in August 2024 they left my door unlocked. I even had one person on the management team ask if I had tools they could use. If you get bad neighbors that isn't on the apartment, but some people have blasted music from their car speakers at night or peel out on the road at the complex although this is rare and the apartment staff handles most of these. From my apartment the police have been called twice; once because minors were drinking and being loud and second over some dispute at the neighboring complex. Also during certain times of the year (i.e. Summer) you are asked to only have the air conditioning to a certain temperature for some reason.

from the application process to the day, I moved out,they were so nice and explained everything to me. they are probably the nicest property managers I’ve dealt with. Great prices since the utilities are included.

You pay so much money for them to tell you how to live in a place you paying for , you can’t turn your air on certain temperatures, everything you do they want to charge you for it VERY MONEY HUNGRY , VERY STRICT , Wi-FI STAYS OUT .

Moved in in January, no fridge for a month. Now it's June no AC for a week. Once you move in your on your on, except when the rents due.
