Property Ratings at Plantation Oaks
Where do I begin. The manager is doing a job if 5 people I hope who his boss recognize him. I did a tour today. I think I have found my new home he alao gave a great deal. Thank you sir
I have been a resident here for 10+ years and this place has steadily declined. There are times when the trash is not emptied and it just gets stacked up in the corner of the complex surrounding the garage bin. Half of the parking lot has no lights and some of the breezeways have no lights, making it difficult to navigate through during the night. The manager can also be extremely rude as well. The lawn guys (maintenance guys) also don't care about your vehicles and will blow the lawn clippings/leaves onto/into your car. There was a time when I would 100% have recommended this place to anyone, however, now I wouldn't even waste the time putting in the application.
The manager was very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He also made time to give me a tour of property which was well kept, clean, and very secured.
