The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Plantation Flats
Incompetence from the leasing office and the property manager is terribly unprofessional. Never would recommend. Please check other reviews as well to verify.
I have lived at Plantation Flat Apt for going on 3 Years. It is quiet you can sit on your patio and watch all the birds and squirrels play, you forget sometimes where you are. This community is friendly and very pet friendly. The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient they get to you as quick as possible. The Management Francine and Beada(I know I spelled that wrong)are always there to help you when you need it. I would most definitely recommend it back here
Where to even begin with this place?! Plantation Flats/Village Green's multi-million dollar repairs are purely cosmetic. They took the roof off of my building, let the water leak in and never did anything to repair the water spots around my fireplace and ceiling after multiple calls. Dark brown spots that were embarrassing to me and ugly to guests. All of the appliances in the apartments range from the mid 70's to late 80's. Next, I signed a lease with the owners while it was Summit Place Apartments. I had(!) great rental history and was offered no security deposit, no last months rent and what I thought was $100 off for my first year. They sold the property to Village Green and it turned into Plantation Flats after 7-8 months in my lease. I got a notice on my door stating a past due balance. I contacted the front desk and they told me everything is good, and I probably didn't select the right location in the new payment system. Next month, same letter. I ignore it, figured it was the same thing. Ignore it and no contact from the front office. Next month exactly the same. Plays out the exactly same. 3rd month on new management, I get a notification that they've filed an eviction notice even though I'm up to rent. I call the office, they tell me that my monthly discount was only for 3-4 months. They review it, my discount was 6m and I'm now over due for the last 3 months. I now have to pay that discount, plus the fine for an eviction!!! I decided to stay because I had to move soon to Michigan for work anyway. My lease ends in December and I inform the office that I'll be moving month to month because I'll have to leave on short notice for work. I ask if I need to sign anything or do anything. I'm told no, and I pay and extra $400 month for the next 2 months. Then work calls. I need to be in Michigan within the week. Moved from the apartment on the 5th of the month and inform the front office and turn in my keys. I'm imformed that I was required to give them a 30 days notice of my move, even though I never signed a document or acknowledged that fact from them. State law I guess, my fault for being from Ohio and not knowing their random rental laws that these property owners never provided to me after the lease was over. I offered to pay the rent from Feb 1st, 2016 to Feb 6th, 2016 but they refused that. Instead they sent a bill to collections for over $1500. NEVER RENT FROM PLANTATION FLATS OR ANY VILLAGE GREEN PROPERTY!!!!
