The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Plankinton Clover
I've lived in 3 different apartments during my time in Milwaukee and the Plankinton Clover was by far the best! First let me start with the staff. Katelyn and Jess were phenomenal with helping us tour, apply and move in. They were on top of everything and made the transition extremely smooth. The apartments themselves are beautiful and modern. We lived in a corner atrium unit which was unique with 2 verandas and loved every second of it. Shaneka, property manager, was also nothing short of incredible. It's not every day you live in a place where they view you as humans and not just numbers. Her kindness, generosity and ability to understand the tenants and their needs was unlike another other place or person I've dealt with in the past. I was very sad I had to move (due to a career relocation). Don't miss an opportunity to live in the best building in Milwaukee. Amazing gym, dog park, beautiful atrium, pickleball courts, bike storage and attached to the new market hall which will be opening later this year. Happy to answer any questions! Thank you again Plankinton Clover for the hospitality! We'll miss you!
I have lived at Plankinton Clover for about a year and a half now, and I have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are very spacious and have very high end and tasteful finishes. Outside of the apartment there are great amenities in the building including one of the most comprehensive gyms I have ever seen in an apartment. The management here is incredibly friendly and attentive to issues (though there really have not been any for me). They have been great at remembering community members by name and make it a very welcoming place to live. Beyond the apartments, the location is great in a changing part of downtown. Between the new symphony hall, The Avenue, and the Hub640, this part of downtown is very exciting to live in - and you never hear any of the construction in the apartments. Overall I have been very happy with my time at Plankinton Clover and would recommend it to anyone.
