Sheboygan Falls/ Kohler is a sprawling area less than five miles from the heart of Sheboygan and the coast of Lake Michigan. The area is made up of wooded spaces, farmlands, and amenity-laden residential areas near the center of town. Modern amenities like hotels, restaurants, shops, and a variety of affordable apartments are scattered throughout the peaceful residential parts of town. Although the community is nestled in farmlands, several highways and the Sheboygan County Memorial Airport makes traveling through the country and the 55 miles south to Milwaukee and beyond convenient. Outside of town residents have plenty of options for recreation. Milwaukee and its big-city amenities are about an hour south of town, Lake Michigan’s relaxing beaches are minutes west, and state parks like Kettle Moraine State Forest-Northern Unit are scattered around town.

Beautiful apartment buildings, amenities are great! Modern and clean. Minutes from beautiful Lake Michigan. Management is amazing and all their staff. Highly recommend if looking for a place in Sheboygan Falls!
The Plank Trail Apartments are fantastic! The modern design and spacious layouts are a huge plus. But the best part is the amazing management team – she is super responsive and friendly. It's more than just an apartment; it's a great community and place to call home in Sheboygan Falls!
I had requested a tour from management in April and beginning of May. Someone did message me back but still have not heard back about an actual tour. Very upsetting to be ignored.
These apartments are stellar; they are very nice, nice amenities, modern kitchens, glasstop stoves, vinyl plank flooring, private balcony and reasonably priced (I feel for Sheboygan County). Granted I faced a cornfield, but I did not mind it one bit. It was the peace and quiet (and occasional deer sights on said corn field) that I cherished while living there and the nice neighbors. I lived in the sole building (the first one built); and the building manager, Gerry, is probably one of the best building managers I've ever had. Things get fixed immediately; and he was friendly as can be. I miss those apartments; had to move because of a loss of a job. This city boy loved it here. You will too.
