Property Ratings at Plainsview Apartments

Avoid the drama.
A lack of helpful transportation and bothersome tenants. No way to properly contact maintence. Management is more concerned with rent and seems overwhelmed by other property needs . Some tenants are alarmingly disturbed. Police and ambulances are a regular site . Do to mentaly unstable tenants including a young man on the second floor. Delusional and parinoid tenants overshadow a polite and quiet environment.most tenants are okay. But a few truly make you want to avoid even going to get your mail.
