Rent has gone up over 100 and it’s not worth it . People are coming in and bringing the property down by leaving trash everywhere. Elevators with sunflower seed shells and food dropped on the floors on the 6th floor. The renovations are tacky and could have been done better. The wallpaper on the 6th floor already peeling off the walls. The entrance does not look any better than when I first moved here 5 years ago . Not worth the rent. For the amount paid here I found 2 bed rooms 2 full bath and a better looking community.

Apartments are good but getting maintenance request done is an challenge. Every time I need to get something fixed, never got it done in a right in one time, I always have to go talk to manager and request her to get more attention.

There are a few cons but only little things like how the people on my floor don't put their trash in the chute as they should and a few of my packages have disappeared but other than that the staff is great and my neighbors don't bother me at all. Nice and cozy apartment. In the last 5 years it seems they only seem to make enhancements for the building. Updating common floor areas, updating elevators, etc. Also, the new staff are courteous and very helpful!

The staff at place one are friendly and efficient. Most maintenance jobs are finished within 48 hours. The residents here are extremely friendly and social. Every month the staff holds a resident’s appreciation day. This could be breakfast, hot chocolate, candle making, painting etc. it’s a fun place to live. We are located near 76, the blue route, and the turnpike, we are across the street from the Plymouth Meeting mall. And 15 minutes from the king of Prussia mall.

I’ve lived at place one apts for 3 1/2 years and i can say, this is by far the best place i lived. Besides maintenance being slow, i love it here! Perfect location. 30 mins from everywhere.

Good size apartment, but expensive. Close to major roads and highways. Usually pretty quiet. Do not like that the halls smell like weed most nights.. or that I can smell cigarette smoke in my own bedroom due to a neighbor…

The apartment sizes are very nice for the cost of rent. You have a lot of storage space available. The down side is the lack of parking late at night. The building solution is to get a reserved parking pass but they cost a lot of money per month and they're not worth it.

Overall its been good, peaceful, and clean. The garage is convenient, maintenance ppl are quick and the only recurring inconvenience is probably the elevator renovation which hopefully will be done soon.

Everyone here has been great. The employees here have been friendly and helpful to my situations. The apartment is quiet and not loud. Honestly, I haven’t even really seen my neighbors yet
