This is one of the cutest apartment complexes I’ve ever been at and they have been so helpful!! I love Hunter and Lexie in the office and the maintenance team has also been so great! I love the hot tub, pool, and the fact that I can have my cats here!!
The maintenance staff is very helpful. Piper Lakes is conveniently located near the beach and local restaurants. Great place to live.

I move to Piper Lakes early summer and couldn’t be happier with my new home. Hunter did a great job at making this transition as easy as possible. The staff is amazing! The amenities are great, my favorite is the fitness mirror. I would recommend Piper Lakes to anyone looking for a home in the Grand Haven area.
We have absolutely loved living at Piper Lakes. We lived at another property in the area before coming to Piper Lakes and it simply did not compare. We just bought a house so we will be leaving but we are truly sad to leave the community. The property is always super clean and well kept. The neighbors have all been super friendly and respectful of one another. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Piper Lakes. I would recommend it to anyone!
Best apartment community I’ve ever lived in! It’s clean and beautiful! The amenities are a 10. The staff and maintenance are right on top of their game and don’t let anything go unnoticed that needs to be taken care of whether it’s the lawn, noisy dogs, or clogged drain! And minutes away from the beach!
The Piper Lakes experience is so good, that I will be back to visit after I buy my house! The staff is amazing, from the office staff to the maintenance staff. They go above and beyond, Lisa has been especially helpful. The amenities are great, I love the pool and the clubhouse. My apartment has been perfect and I have wonderful neighbors who are now friends. You will not be disappointed with this award winning property! I am sad to leave, but will stay in touch and stop in regularly!
I love living at Piper Lake apartments. Club house is like an extended family room with games, full kitchen, coke machine and a Starbucks machine. Staff (especially.Lisa)is friendly and helpful. Maintenance. Is quick for service while keeping the grounds in great shape. If I had any complaints it would only be…that the 24/7 pool and hot tub was year round. I also like all the extras for our pets. Dog park, grooming room and even dog treats in the clubhouse.

Lovely modern design for the apartments. The clubhouse is always spotless. I love that I can grab a coffee there after a workout in the morning. It’s also in the perfect location. You’re close enough to the city that everything is only a few minutes away, but far enough away that you don’t hear all the traffic.

The community areas literally feel like a vacation and are super well taken care of. The apartment was also super clean when we got it and felt like brand new. We toured a lot of apartments in the area and in Grand Rapids and knew this was the one right away. The staff was great at communicating quickly to answer questions and really flexible getting us into an apartment that met every requirement we were hoping for.

I moved in back in May and they worked with me despite the Covid restrictions by providing a walkthrough of the apartment in real time through FaceTime. The apartments are relatively new so you're getting what you see in the pictures provided. I was skeptical because at first because sometimes only some apartments have been updated, but all of them are like this. It's a great little community. The amenities are nice, the pool was enjoyable. The staff are great, despite moving in during Covid where it was harder to meet in person, they learned my name quick. They're quick to answer questions and maintenance is on top of things. I was also surprised at how cheap it was relative to other apartments I was looking at. I had assumed since GH is more of a touristy town the rent would be higher, but that's not the case here. It's just a block from Walmart and Meijer so it's to stop on your way home from work or from going out to the beach for the day. The State Park is only minutes away and the town itself is pretty and fun to walk around. The shops are cute and have some hidden gems. A couple downfalls would be there isn't a ton of parking by your building. There are times where I have to park a ways away since the spots close by are filled up. This is a personal preference, but I was disappointed that the staircases and hallways to the apartment doors are outside rather than enclosed. The reason behind this is due to the amount of bugs I get by my door and then inevitably end up in my apartment. Overall, it's a great place to live and will continue living here for the time being.

We love our stay here while our house is being built. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Great staff to work with and the grounds are always kept up nicely. The layout of the apartment is wonderful and we love the large kitchen with the island.

This place is awesome. It was the first and last apartment I saw when I went apartment hunting. The buildings are brand new, the amenities are perfect, I love the color scheme and layout, my neighbors extremely friendly, the staff are incredibly kind and responsive, and the dog park is a huge plus! I recently relocated here from Texas and the girls in the office have been so friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are always quick to respond to any issues and always with a smile! They have get togethers for the tenants to get to know each other - it's a really nice place to live!

I have been a tenant for about 6 months and have nothing but good things to say about Piper Lakes Apartments and the staff. New buildings with spacious, modern floor plans and appliances. Amenities include a well-equipped Clubhouse with inground pool, whirlpool, work-out facilities, BBQ, fire pit, bikes for the beach, and a large vaulted room for personal parties and PPL social events. Attached garages with automatic doors is a plus. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The few maintenance issues I encountered were quickly addressed to my satisfaction. 5 stars for sure!

Great community! As an out of towner, this was the perfect fit for me to meet new people as they regularly hold events in the clubhouse, which have been great! Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Only downfall is that I will most likely not be staying after my lease ends due to inflated monthly rent, but overall GREAT place to live!

I have been living here almost a month now, and I am really enjoying the upgraded modern feel of my home. The Cherette Group did a great job especially on the kitchens. With quartz counter-tops, white soft- close cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances I love being in my kitchen cooking.
