This is a nice quiet community for the most part. Management is approachable and they take care of your concerns timely. My one bedroom has all i need to be comfortable including a walk in closet and washer/dryer.

The apartment feels very homey to be in after a long day at work. The community is nice and clean with multiple stations of bags to pick up after your dog.

So far I absolutely adore living at pinnacle terrace apartments. The complex is always clean, the community is very quiet despite being right next to the 101. I love the fact that the amenities are 24 hours. It's overall a very walkable and drivable area as well, plenty of stores within walking distance of the complex including the Chandler fashion mall.

I’ve loved living at this complex. I feel safe, the area is close to a lot of stores, and easy access to freeway. The apartment itself is very home like. My favorite is the size of the kitchen and the size of the bedrooms. Overall a great experience. Only recommendation is to take better care of grill area, allow access to TV there, and take care of bathrooms across gym.

It is hard to write a review when two issues of equal importance butts head! The complex is Great in that it is well taken care and ultimately exceeds our needs. But the overall low score is based on PARKING! There is NOT enough parking for everyone’s vehicles and they won’t do anything about it.

Good neighborhood, good accesses to whole foods, walmart, and chandler fashion center. Neighbors are very friendly and nice. We have 1yo kid and comfortable raising kids here.

Great place, with great amenities. Issues that were found were always handled in a timely manner. Gym has more to offer than others I've used at other apartments. Definitely nice to have a human on site in the office throughout the weekdays. My last place was a hassle because there was an apartment manager present Monday mornings and that was all. So far so good.

The office staff and maintenance team are awesome, ready to listen and get the job done. Met a lot of people that live by us, quiet and respectful.
I love living here. Everything is so close. Surrounding area is safe and peaceful. There is some noise issue because of freeway but other than that everything is positive.
I believe Pinnacle Terrace is the best choice for apartment living in this area!

Love living here. The apartments are beautiful, maintenance is very fast, and the staff is friendly. I like the gym and the fact that there’s more than one swimming pool.

Wow my Son and Daughter and I are so lucky to call this place home. We moved in two months ago and have felt like home ever since. The ladies in the office are so nice. That is rare coming from my history. We just appreciate the beautiful community and my Son has found a new found love for the punching bag in the really nice gym. I’m so lucky I found this place. On my weekends I’m just enjoying the resort style pool the gym and the movie theater with my kids. We are so happy this is what we call home.

There were so many positives that I cancelled all my other tours! A couple draws for me: walk in shower, green spaces, lovely pools, large terrace and it appears well maintained.

Overall it’s fairly quiet here. A lot of barking small dogs on the property. The maintenance team are nice but I feel there hands are tied when it comes to complaints or repairs. The office personnel seem to be having more bad days than good. When it comes to dealing with tenant complaints they are not attentive. This is my opinion.

I’ve been very happy living in my current apartment. It’s a great community with a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. The location is super convenient—close to everything I need. One of the things I really appreciate is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Repairs are done promptly and professionally. The front office staff is also very helpful and always friendly. Overall, I’m really pleased to call this place home!

I appreciate the area I reside in, It has been a comfort and relaxing stay since i moved to Arizona from Illinois the neighborhood is people friendly and the tenants are kind and respectful it's become a utopia of residents. I really like the place! The apartment is cozy. It’s easy to warm in the winter and so far easy to cool in the summer. I do not like the elephants upstairs and I do not like the fact that there are MORE cars than there are parking spaces available. I hope these issues can be addressed because I really would like to renew next year.

This community is friendly, quiet and clean. Maintenance, landscaping and management are on point. Animal friendly! I love the beautiful property with large green grass areas for kids to play. The pools and fitness center are beautiful and well maintained. Location is so convenient, as it is close to anything and everything you need, as well as right next to the 101.

I've been a resident since June of 2024 and have little to no complaints. Management is helpful and easy to work with. Area is clean and bugs have never been an issue. My apartment is extremely spacious with lots of storage areas. It's like living in a little house as I love having a washer and dryer here. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
