Pinnacle Terrace

I love living here. Everything is so close. Surrounding area is safe and peaceful. There is some noise issue because of freeway but other than that everything is positive.

I believe Pinnacle Terrace is the best choice for apartment living in this area!

Love living here. The apartments are beautiful, maintenance is very fast, and the staff is friendly. I like the gym and the fact that there’s more than one swimming pool.

You can get a beautiful apartment here. With the right location a place easy of the electric bill. But there is limited parking available.

Wow my Son and Daughter and I are so lucky to call this place home. We moved in two months ago and have felt like home ever since. The ladies in the office are so nice. That is rare coming from my history. We just appreciate the beautiful community and my Son has found a new found love for the punching bag in the really nice gym. I’m so lucky I found this place. On my weekends I’m just enjoying the resort style pool the gym and the movie theater with my kids. We are so happy this is what we call home.

Jauslyn made it so easy for me to become a member of your community! I am so excited to be moving to AZ and living at Pinnacle Terrace. There were so many positives that I cancelled all my other tours! A couple draws for me: walk in shower, green spaces, lovely pools, large terrace and it appears well maintained.

I’ve moved in a little over a week ago & it’s been very amazing — peaceful! Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is kept nice & welcoming.

Overall it’s fairly quiet here. A lot of barking small dogs on the property. The maintenance team are nice but I feel there hands are tied when it comes to complaints or repairs. The office personnel seem to be having more bad days than good. When it comes to dealing with tenant complaints they are not attentive. This is my opinion.

I’ve been very happy living in my current apartment. It’s a great community with a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. The location is super convenient—close to everything I need. One of the things I really appreciate is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Repairs are done promptly and professionally. The front office staff is also very helpful and always friendly. Overall, I’m really pleased to call this place home!

Pinnacle Terrace is a great place to live! Everybody is so nice and the property is kept clean and the gates provide an extra level of comfort and safety.

I appreciate the area I reside in, It has been a comfort and relaxing stay since i moved to Arizona from Illinois the neighborhood is people friendly and the tenants are kind and respectful it's become a utopia of residents. I would refer it to anyone who ask for a place to stay for them and their children to feel secure and safe.

Would be nice to see new plants around. A lot of the plants are looking dead.. and some community activities would be nice to have otherwise the grounds are well kept

I honestly love my apartment and the area. Everything is close by and the complex itself is secure and friendly. The apartment itself is amazing for the price.

I really like the place! The apartment is cozy. It’s easy to warm in the winter and so far easy to cool in the summer. I do not like the elephants upstairs and I do not like the fact that there are MORE cars than there are parking spaces available. I hope these issues can be addressed because I really would like to renew next year.

the apartment community is very clean and peaceful. the apartment is close to all the important shops like Walmart for groceries and also to shopping mall. its also close to my office and I could walk to it on cooler days.

I enjoy being a resident in this beautiful community. Any maintenance needed the staff does a great job on addressing the issue in a timely matter.

My daughter and I fell in love with this community.Everything we have ever wanted in an apartment living. All the staff was extremely sweet very professional. They always kept me informed every step of the way.We are so happy to call this place home.

Community is quiet, location is great. Units are old and need to be updated and new appliances, we have had a couple issues with things breaking but overall not bad

Awesome homey vibe, current upstairs neighbors are a tad loud but other than that all is smooth sailing. All issues are resolved quickly and altogether best place I've been to in the valley so far.

Nice apartments with normally clean amnesties maintenance it’s normally good with everything. The walls can be thin for certain sounds like bass but it is a good apartment overall

Friendliest staff here! Scheduled a tour, came in and did the walkthrough with ease! paper work was fairly simple to complete and the lady helped and answered any questions I had easily. Beautiful apartment, keep it up!

It's a decent place to live with access to a great area of the city. Overall, the management and maintenance teams are friendly and seem to care about the resident's needs.

This community is friendly, quiet and clean. Maintenance, landscaping and management are on point. Animal friendly! I love the beautiful property with large green grass areas for kids to play. The pools and fitness center are beautiful and well maintained. Location is so convenient, as it is close to anything and everything you need, as well as right next to the 101.

Quiet, clean, and respectful community. The walls are a little too thin tho and that’s the floors above you too. Other than that it’s a great area.

I've been a resident since June of 2024 and have little to no complaints. Management is helpful and easy to work with. Area is clean and bugs have never been an issue. My apartment is extremely spacious with lots of storage areas. It's like living in a little house as I love having a washer and dryer here. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Other than our apartment.not being properly inspected before move in and a few rude neighbors, we're staying in our lane and making the best of it.

Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable. Available for questions. Answered respectfully. Took their time. Highlighted the contract and the rental process.

Nice apartment, great area, would be nice to have updated appliances , and rent is getting expensive, staff is really friendly and helpful.. ground are well kept.

So far so good in my first rental experience! Leasing office is quick with help and willing to answer questions! Super pet friendly and there are plenty of potty bag stations around the premises.

I absolutely love living at Pinnacle Terrace! I've been here for two wonderful years now. The maintenance team has been fantastic, even though they’ve been a little slow lately. One of my favorite things is taking my dogs for evening walks; it’s always so peaceful and calm!

My apartment itself is great and the whole complex is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. The front office staff are nice, but very challenging to get a hold of. It's a miracle if someone picks up the phone or answers an email no matter what time of day it is. The system for maintenance requests is awful. Putting a maintenence request in is super easy through the resident portal....but then it just never gets answered. No one from the maintenence team or the front office ever follows up with the request. I put in a request for my dryer not working over a month ago and haven't heard a peep from anyone. Front office staff just shrug and say I need to call the maintenence guys myself. Getting them on the phone is just as difficult as front office staff. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with as a renter. Decent place to live, but far from anything amazing.

A month ago, I woke up early and walked around the area. I saw that the dog poop was not cleaned up at several area. When I forget to visit the front office to update my vehicle information, it would be more helpful to me if I got an email from the management, instead of finding out that a towing company came and left me a label on my window that my car is not on lease, abandoned, and registration outdated (if abandoned, how is registration matter? License plate is only mandated for all vehicles on the public roads).

Overall good experience. Quiet neighborhood, clean complex. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this place to a family or friend. Been here for years

It's a great place to live. No complaints. Management tends to your requests timely. Grounds are well kept and apartments are spacious. Rent is high everywhere but manageable here. No pest problems and complex is fairly quiet.

Great office staff. Maintenance staff always comes out in a timely manner and does a great job. Great community to live in. Clean grounds with great clean pools.

I’m moving in today. The apartment isn’t very clean. There’s paint drops on the vinyl floor. There’s a dead spider in the corner of the Second bedroom. The kitchen sink leaks into the cabinet. All of the vents are painted and can’t be adjusted for the air conditioning. I’m not sure how luxury I feel this apartment complex is for the money I’m paying. I’m kind of questioning my choice.

The apartment complex is in a good location in the city. Amenities are decent. However, maintenance requests seem to take a long time to get completed and some issues go unresolved for significantly longer than they should.

It’s been really good living here so far. My only gripe is something bad and unexpected happened to my apartment and i really felt like even though it was handled quickly there was a huge lack of empathy from the front desk lady Briana.

My move-in date is quickly approaching, but the process has been extremely rough. I've run into issues getting Cox services and gas established. The unit isn't cable-ready, so I was told I must pay a 200-dollar fee. Then, the gas company requires a signed lease before allowing me to set up services, as they had issues with the previous tenant. So, I am focused on signing my list two weeks early.

Been here for over a year and haven’t had a single problem yet! Noise reduction is good in the apartments, I rarely ever hear my downstairs neighbors

I have loved living in this area! It's so convenient being close to shopping, freeways, and grocery stores. And the best part is they just opened a new dog park and my doggo is already having a blast. ??
