Everyone seems nice to me. It is also very quiet. The apartment looks very nice and clean. Easy parking and access to my room. So far it has been an enjoyable experience
All is going well, seems like it is going to work out very good I am very happy with the staff they seem so sweet and welcoming and just willing to help you at the drop of a hat, just perfect
It’s been pretty good so far just a couple people are weird but other than that it’s cool living here so far. Very soon I’m coming up on it being a year here.
Friendly community and friendly staff. Rico is the best, always professional and working hard, takes the time to listen and care about the residents.
I think the apartments should be maintained every year because I've been here for 1 year and when I came to live I didn't have any maintenance and I mean the walls, doors and other things and that makes things deteriorate more… I have friends who have moved recently and I have seen that their apartments have been delivered in perfect condition but a year ago when they gave me mine there were broken things, deteriorated and the carpet worn out. But apart from that it is a very quiet place.

It has been extremely cold here in Fairfield Ohio, but my apartment keeps me nice and warm at Pinnacle on Pleasant apartments. My neighbors are getting noisy, because of having to stay inside.

Terrific staff, and a great place to live! The residents are mostly nice, family people, and it's a friendly environment. Staff at the clubhouse are very nice, and wioll answer any questions one might have.

Not a comfortable place to live. There are not enough characters for me to go into depth but there are large disturbing black birds everywhere. Dirty apartment buildings. I've gone without heat/air for close to six months before it was fixed. Property management priorities are mismanaged. Will find any reason to charge you. Not comfortable, clean, safe, or secure. Friendly staff tho.

I like my apartment, there is tranquility and it is very cozy but I think it is very expensive to be a single bedroom practically the payment is similar to that of two bedrooms

My new apartment is Amazing! Everything is going great so far. I love the bedrooms and the balcony. I wish I would’ve moved in a long long time ago.

The apt. had a couple of flaws moving in (broken blinds, broken drawers, dirty from construction bathroom), but overall is exactly what we were promised!
Five years in comfort, peace and facilities. Location near maint supermarkets, no problem to park cars and a magnificent pool. Maintenance service available.
I like the place where I am living right now, everyone is friendly, the building stays clean and the maintenance at the green areas is good.
I just moved in 3 months ago really enjoying it here! Office Staff are helpful and friendly! Maintenance requests are done timely and the maintenance staff are professional a d friendly as well! Neighbors have been great!

Hallways and parking lots are not well maintained anymore. There is always litter and trash surrounding the dumpsters and the hallways remain dirty.

Outdoor black flies are very bad here. Indoor Pest Control have been scheduled twice in the last six months by office management - yet they have never appeared to spray bug chemicals.

It is a nice place to live, it is a clean place. I have lived there for almost 8 years and I have not had any problems. It is a quiet and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are calm.
I really like and enjoy living at the Pinnacle on Pleasant apartment complex!!! My one bedroom apartment is very spacious. I really truly enjoy the balcony area with electric plug-in. If I need maintenance services help, they respond very quickly and fully take care of the problem. The Pinnacle on Pleasant apartment complex office staff includes a manager and assistant manager. They also have a cleaning person that takes care of the hallway flooring, laundry room, and entrance areas. The outdoor entrance doors can only be opened with a secret door three number password.
Great Complex and super close to everything. It was a pool, courts and even a gym. Is very quiet and maintenance has everything super clean.
The staff here is very friendly, but that is about as far as it goes. The noise from neighbors is enough to shake my couch 98% of the time. Kids are always running and yelling in the halls when they can't go outside. There is almost always trash in the parking lot, scattered by all of the vultures that hang around. Speed bumps are so large and narrow that it scrapes the bottom of the car no matter how slow you go. They are also unmarked, making it hard to see at night or when a shadow is cast on them. The pool was open for a whole 1 week out of the Summer since we moved in here in June. During that week, it was green for half of it. It doesn't say in the lease, but the pest control coming into your apartment is MANDATORY. If you aren't ready by the time they get there, then you have to paya s $60 fee. On top of that, they don't give you the time that they will be there. The floor creaks EVERYWHERE. On the plus side, there are a lot of cats running around which are fun to look at.
The staff is wonderful and always helpful. It's a peaceful place to live, and my neighbors are so friendly. I love it here! I highly recommend.
The complex looks well maintained. Zenith and Jaylen greeted me when I came in. They listened to my needs, answered my questions and showed me a great apartment. They both made me feel at ease and the process was painless. Couldn’t ask for more. Those two ladies are star employees.
Zenith and Jaylen are top tier. I just attended the Halloween party and it was special for the kids. It’s nice to have staff that cares and gives back to the residents!
The new management company actually cares about us. I’m glad they kept Zenith and Jaylen is a great addition! Cheers!

This was my first apartment and I have been here for two years now! Management is always a call away when I need them and any issues I have get fixed by maintenance asap.
Apartment searching can be exhausting However the experience from Pinnacle was Soooo relaxing The staff were welcoming informative and very pleasant I would definitely refer apartment seekers to give them a try.

Ever since they switched management back in March 2020 it has not been good. I loved how Ms. J was in top of things from maintenance and answering the phone! I want out I will NOT be renewing my lease.

Since new management has taken over in 03/2020, it has gone down since. Lived her several years, gotten to know the friendly very helpful staff and new management had let them go. How who even knows works there cause no is hardly there to help you. The apartments are going down hill. Some of the residents they are letting move in are very questionable, I thought there was suppose to be a background check but some I know have a could never pass a background check. Nothing is cleaned or kept up: Hallways dirty, lights in hallways are out, trash in the parking lot, parking has gotten worse (good luck finding a spot near your apartment after 9pm, you have to park several building away from your apartment), office manager very rude, she didn’t seem interested in helping me. Packages have be taken because they leave them open for anyone to take. No concern for repairs. Lots of noise from other residents and nothing is done. Very hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. For the amount of rent I pay I show nothing on improvement or when my increase in rent money is being used for. Why do some residents have upgrades. And I have always paid rent on time and no upgrades. Where is my money going to. Will not be renewing my lease unless some major changes are done. For the amount of rent you pay. You can go down the street and rent a 3 bedroom townhome with more upgrades and washer and dryer hook up in the apartment for less than what we pay for a 2 bedroom.

The person answering phone is very rude and didnt want to answer question i had. Also rushed me off the phone.
I currently reside in this apt complex and I fell in love with this place at first site. Management staff is outstanding and very accommodating and maintenance go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I am absolutely amazed by the staff here at Pinnacle. I had planned to stay for many years to come. Although the staff and apartments are amazing I have to get to the reason why I give this place 3stars. I have nothing negative to say about the apartments except the fact that at the beginning of the winter season I had to deal with house mice. I know this is a common problem however I am terribly afraid of rodents or bugs and having mice was a serious issue for me. I was afraid to come home some days and have to deal with this problem. Maintenance was very proactive in eradicating the problem however I am still upset that there was a problem to begin with. I have lived in many different apartments in many different areas some not so good areas and I have never had this issue. I feel as though I pay too much in rent to have had to deal with this and furthermore I should have been offered an incentive for my troubles. However overall I enjoyed this complex. Now I am looking forward to moving somewhere else.

I've lived here for a year, and so far no problems. Village green runs the property and they're great. Staff is friendly and will remember you. Maintanence is always there when you need them. So far I've had a leak, wasp problem on the patio, and my AC stopped working (due to a low battery that I didn't know how to change)...all problems were addressed immediately or within 24hrs. They have great events, a clean pool, and well kept community. For the price you can not beat it!!! I will be sad to leave!
