It has been a great place to live. Its pretty quiet here. I would recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Our neighbors are friendly.
Shared spaces and hallways remain awful. Have lived here 3 years and only gets worse. Halls and laundry rooms are filthy, trash is always all over the place near dumpsters.
Rico and Jaelynn are very exceptional and very friendly and they get right onto issues if there is any and they also reach out if anything goes on
The staff is super friendly and helpful! Maintenance came and fixed some of issues same day. Neighbors and quiet and ive no issues. I love living here, its perfect for myself and my kids!
Everyone seems nice to me. It is also very quiet. The apartment looks very nice and clean. Easy parking and access to my room. So far it has been an enjoyable experience

I think the apartments should be maintained every year because I've been here for 1 year and when I came to live I didn't have any maintenance and I mean the walls, doors and other things and that makes things deteriorate more… I have friends who have moved recently and I have seen that their apartments have been delivered in perfect condition but a year ago when they gave me mine there were broken things, deteriorated and the carpet worn out. But apart from that it is a very quiet place.

It has been extremely cold here in Fairfield Ohio, but my apartment keeps me nice and warm at Pinnacle on Pleasant apartments. My neighbors are getting noisy, because of having to stay inside.

Terrific staff, and a great place to live! The residents are mostly nice, family people, and it's a friendly environment. Staff at the clubhouse are very nice, and wioll answer any questions one might have.

Not a comfortable place to live. There are not enough characters for me to go into depth but there are large disturbing black birds everywhere. Dirty apartment buildings. I've gone without heat/air for close to six months before it was fixed. Property management priorities are mismanaged. Will find any reason to charge you. Not comfortable, clean, safe, or secure. Friendly staff tho.

I like my apartment, there is tranquility and it is very cozy but I think it is very expensive to be a single bedroom practically the payment is similar to that of two bedrooms

Very helpful staff quick with repairs. Came by fast and replaced dishwasher and brought a plate for microwave . Apartment was very clean love the apartment

The apt. had a couple of flaws moving in (broken blinds, broken drawers, dirty from construction bathroom), but overall is exactly what we were promised!
Five years in comfort, peace and facilities. Location near maint supermarkets, no problem to park cars and a magnificent pool. Maintenance service available.
I like the place where I am living right now, everyone is friendly, the building stays clean and the maintenance at the green areas is good.
I just moved in 3 months ago really enjoying it here! Office Staff are helpful and friendly! Maintenance requests are done timely and the maintenance staff are professional a d friendly as well! Neighbors have been great!

Hallways and parking lots are not well maintained anymore. There is always litter and trash surrounding the dumpsters and the hallways remain dirty.

Outdoor black flies are very bad here. Indoor Pest Control have been scheduled twice in the last six months by office management - yet they have never appeared to spray bug chemicals.

It is a nice place to live, it is a clean place. I have lived there for almost 8 years and I have not had any problems. It is a quiet and quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are calm.
I really like and enjoy living at the Pinnacle on Pleasant apartment complex!!! My one bedroom apartment is very spacious. I really truly enjoy the balcony area with electric plug-in. If I need maintenance services help, they respond very quickly and fully take care of the problem. The Pinnacle on Pleasant apartment complex office staff includes a manager and assistant manager. They also have a cleaning person that takes care of the hallway flooring, laundry room, and entrance areas. The outdoor entrance doors can only be opened with a secret door three number password.
Great Complex and super close to everything. It was a pool, courts and even a gym. Is very quiet and maintenance has everything super clean.
The staff here is very friendly, but that is about as far as it goes. The noise from neighbors is enough to shake my couch 98% of the time. Kids are always running and yelling in the halls when they can't go outside. There is almost always trash in the parking lot, scattered by all of the vultures that hang around. Speed bumps are so large and narrow that it scrapes the bottom of the car no matter how slow you go. They are also unmarked, making it hard to see at night or when a shadow is cast on them. The pool was open for a whole 1 week out of the Summer since we moved in here in June. During that week, it was green for half of it. It doesn't say in the lease, but the pest control coming into your apartment is MANDATORY. If you aren't ready by the time they get there, then you have to paya s $60 fee. On top of that, they don't give you the time that they will be there. The floor creaks EVERYWHERE. On the plus side, there are a lot of cats running around which are fun to look at.
The staff is wonderful and always helpful. It's a peaceful place to live, and my neighbors are so friendly. I love it here! I highly recommend.
The complex looks well maintained. Zenith and Jaylen greeted me when I came in. They listened to my needs, answered my questions and showed me a great apartment. They both made me feel at ease and the process was painless. Couldn’t ask for more. Those two ladies are star employees.
Zenith and Jaylen are top tier. I just attended the Halloween party and it was special for the kids. It’s nice to have staff that cares and gives back to the residents!
The new management company actually cares about us. I’m glad they kept Zenith and Jaylen is a great addition! Cheers!

This was my first apartment and I have been here for two years now! Management is always a call away when I need them and any issues I have get fixed by maintenance asap.
Apartment searching can be exhausting However the experience from Pinnacle was Soooo relaxing The staff were welcoming informative and very pleasant I would definitely refer apartment seekers to give them a try.

Ever since they switched management back in March 2020 it has not been good. I loved how Ms. J was in top of things from maintenance and answering the phone! I want out I will NOT be renewing my lease.
