Pest Control I put the request in on 9/29 and 10/7 someone came to my apartment to address the issue. Not sure what the standard timing is but that seemed like a lag to me.
Great decision! We have loved our time at Pinnacle Heights. Everything is well maintained and the staff are very friendly.
Location and staff is great, nothing but positive things to say about my experience here. I will definitely be renewing my lease term and have referred friends to live here as well! Looking forward to the pool parties this Summer!

I have lived here for 3 years and can not say enough about this property, the staff, and the area itself. The office staff is always eager to go the extra mile when something is needed and is always accommodating and easy to talk to. The amenities, the events, food trucks, and shopping right on site can not be beat! Oh and the short walks to the concerts!

Pinnacle Heights has a prime location, hosts fun events like brunch and pool parties in the summer. The gym has cardio equipment and weights plus the yoga room for days when I'm recovering. I really enjoy living here!

If you enjoy hearing your neighbors, then this place is the place for you. On more than one occasion I had to listen to my neighbors yelling, having a really good time, and then there were the neighbors upstairs who sounded like elephants. Clearly the construction of this apartment complex says luxury but the materials they used do not scream luxury. Also, the bi-out agreement is not explained. So, a few months after you move out you get a letter saying you owe x amount of dollars and then 3 days later you get turned into collections. If I could give this apartment complex negative Stars I would.

Location is nice! Rebecca was super helpful about questions I had! When she showed me around the property I knew immediately this was the place for me. She made my move in date so easy! I had a couch delivered and she was right there helping me! The pool is luxurious, the gym is bigger than expected. I love this place is dog friendly. It has a parking garage which is also convenient.
A great place to call "home". Wes will always greet you with a smile and is extremely knowledgeable of the community. He addresses questions or concerns with professionalism and purpose. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous staff. The workout rooms are open 24/7 and are rarely crowded and the pool/clubhouse area is pure luxury! I love the convenience of the elevator and four story parking garage. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to parks, trails, shopping, fabulous restaurants and the best entertainment in NWA.
