Pinewood Apartments

The pool is always closed, laundry rooms get closed every other week, no outgoing mailbox, the gate was broken for nearly 5 months and homeless were just hanging around inside the complex. There has never been a time that I went to the office and someone was there. Havr been trying to contact management for days both in person and over the phone. This place is awful.

Bad management! Rude and don’t know how to communicate! You pay to live here and isn’t able to enter the gate without a gate remote. They only allow one gate remote even though you have multiple family members listed under the apartment. No gate code! There will be tenants line up at the gate just to get in without a gate remote. Also not all washers work as they are out of order!

Worst management, no response even after trying 20 times and still did not receive my deposit check.

I stayed in pinewood apartment for 6 months and my stay here was peaceful. Apt were clean and like other apartments there are no roaches . Neighbors were quiet and leasing office was helpful. Maintenance was quick .

Please just save yourself the headache and stay away from this place they charged me a crazy amount for repairs and never even contacted me about it they sent it straight to collections. You might think they're nice when you move in but that's it because when you need something fixed or you have any problems they're never solved. Staff is extremely unprofessional, they never follow business hours despite being closed weekends. All they want is your money! You get your foot in the door and that's it. This is really one of those places that will never give you your security deposit back.

family friendly community, close walking distant for shopping, restaurants and transportation, Management staff is very helpful. This complex offers after hour security and its gated. very quite park like setting. five clean and offerable laundry facilities. one covered and one uncovered parking stall.

David is the manager. He is wonderful. It's a great place. If your looking for a place to raise a family, this is the place. The grounds are full of tree's and green grass. If I didn't have to move(do to my job) my family and I would never leave.

Bowling dr. Apartments weren't so bad when we begin to live here about two years ago in a one bedroom apartment, then we got the best news ever me and my husband were going to be parents we then decided to get a two bedroom in the same complex ever since we've been having issues with rats, roaches, AC goes out and they don't seem to care. If we were to win it would help us a lot to save money and eventually move to an apartment that's actual living conditions for my one year old daughter and ourselves. Thank you.
