The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Property Ratings at Pines at Barnes Crossing
Overall the environment is great. Love the people that live there. Great communication with the tenants. There is a gate that helps with the traffic going in and out. What I can say is roaches.. they did have a person who sprayed the apartments but it didn’t seem to help. We had to fume our place every few months. Also no cameras around the building. That would help toward the trouble happening. But overall the apartment was very cozy and the other renters were very respectful and friendly. I would refer this to anyone looking to rent.
These apartments are in a great location. Everything is so close by! My fav restaurants and stores. Management is exceptional as well. Always so friendly
I have lived at The Pines for about 2 1/2 years now and I absolutely love it. The property is always nice and clean. I just love the manager and the assistant manager. They are always so nice and make sure that things are in order and taken care of. They have snacks for the kids everyday after school and my kids really enjoy that. Maintenance is always prompt when attending to my work orders. I will definitely be renewing my lease again.
The apartment physical space is nicely appointed. The issue is the property management. The laundry room had been in disrepair since I moved in, April 2015. Either washers and/or dryers are out of service, the lighting in the laundry room has been out for months. The space is completely ignored by management. I have a balcony and have reported the balustrades broken three times to no avail. I own a home out of the area and management demands that I get renters insurance even though I am covered through my home owners policy. They can't read!! I will be in Tupelo for several years and despite the hassle of moving I will not renew at this property.
The apartments are spacious, office staff are nice - the highway noise is less noticeable the longer you are here!
I love the pines! It's in a great location for all your shopping needs and they are very fast about tending to repairs as needed. I've never had a problem.
The pines are very nice apartments, its very quiet, clean and well kept. The price is competitive with the area, but still a lottle high for a 1 bedroom. The amenities are nice, but the pool is always crowded, and the clubhouse is only available during business hours. Overall very nice, I would live here again.
