Property Ratings at Pinehurst Apartments
Every two months the manager and a maintenance guy come into your home and “spray” but if your place is even a little unkept you get a letter from the manager! :) I sift my cats litter every morning, I even use a powder to make it smell good and I replace the litter every other week. (Just one cat!) I replaced the entire litter the night before they came for their “spray” and because my cat pooped and peed since then, I got a letter to clean my cats litter!? Even if you aren’t home, don’t see the three day notice note, they still come inside you home to spray. It’s not optional to have them come in. Just food for thought, never had an apartment so this or be so rude about it.
The lady in the office couldn’t or didn’t want to answer any of our questions about prices availability or floor plans. She referred us to this website to find answers.
