Stayed at this property for 2 years and never had any problems while staying here. Natalia the leasing office specialist was amazing! The Maintenance team are swift when is comes to requesting service.
Pinehurst is very lovely place to live at. I enjoyed to live at my townhome at Pinehurst. I got a job relocation and left it only because of traffic to go far away. Very clean apartment complex. Any work order comes out and management takes care of your issue. I will make a referral for my friend. Everything was nice and good. Thanks !
We had been living at Pinehurst for 9+ years. The reason we moved out was we bought a house. Very much maintaining apartments. We will miss friends and swimming pool ! Good and always responsive management. Thank you
I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 years management was great & always timely the maintenance man was always swift & kind. The cost of living was superb for the area & the amount of space that’s provided. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to build & save. Thank you Pinehurst Apartment’s!
I lived in this apartments over 4 years and I just moved out last month. After Ms. Natalia came in I could see the postie changes that were made all and only to make this unit stand out. Never had an issue and if there was something that was concerning reaching out to her was not a problem. It is a family oriented apartments, good and hardworking people lives here. My mom used lived there as well for the longest and it always had been a safe place. Affordable prices compared to other apartments in the area. Good place to start with.
My stay was wonderful while I leased my one bedroom apartment. The manager named Natalia was very helpful and caring while I was there. When I had repairs inside my apartment, she made sure they were taken care of. I would recommend this apartment complex to any and every one searching for an place to call home. I hate I had to leave, but needed more space.
Very clean & very quiet property. Maintenance requests are quick to be done! Good Management. Great location in Marietta. I will recommend it.
My experience at Pinehurst was short lived. I managed to only live there for 3 months, when a family situation took over my life. Management was kind and understanding and really worked with me on my situation. Even though my time was short lived. I enjoyed every minute of it, the kids outside actually playing, my neighbors were quiet but in a respectful way. We always spoke and sometimes held little conversations. Pinehurst wasnt my first choice when I moved in here, but now that I'm leaving it will always hv a special part in my heart..
This was my second time living in these apartments. It was a very quiet neighborhood and is very clean. In a great area as well. I highly recommend anyone to move here.
