I love Pinehurst!! The ladies at the office are amazing, and so sweet! We have never had an issues, when we needed maintenance, they were there quickly! Love the location and the people. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff that is very helpful and kind. Great quiet neighborhood and not too far from Tulsa or Sapulpa. Grounds are kept clean and apartments themselves are very nice.

This will be my 3rd year with Pinehurst & i absolutely love our office! they are always so nice & make it so easy when we need something. The apartments are very home-like!!

I lived in a different state and didn’t get the opportunity to tour the place in person and just went with my gut, and I gotta say it was the best decision I’ve made! The ladies at the main office are extraordinarily efficient and super friendly yet serious when it comes down to business. The maintenance staff know what they’re doing and take care of work orders the same day they’re put in. Neighbors are super nice and very quiet. Dog and cat friendly. The community is gated and for a single woman in her early 20’s, I def feel safe living here. Lawn is very well kept all around. They also have really cool activities going on from time to time for example they recently did a chili cook off and there was a prize for the winners. Every year on my birthday, they go above and beyond to write you a cute little birthday card. It’s the little things that count! For a first apartment and living out here on my own, I am completely satisfied.

I’ve lived here almost 3 years and I absolutely love it here! The grounds are very well kept. The apartments are in great condition. The office ladies are exceptional! So friendly and go above and beyond! The maintenance guys are as well! There’s not a bad thing I can say about Pinehurst!

Amazing, clean, country style place to live! Wake up to beautiful sunrises and enjoy the sunsets with some bbq or pool time!! Definitely a quite and peaceful place to live and management/office staff is always friendly.

We like living here. Apartments are good size and clean. The application process was pretty easy. Staff and maintenance crew are really nice and professional.

Besides the extremely poor and unprofessional management, the complex is extremely overpriced for what it is and there are way nicer places in the area. I wish I had looked more before I signed a lease there.

I lived here when I was in High School in 2007-2009 and this property has just gotten better. Quiet, clean,and great management. It is an absolute joy to call this place home.

We love living here. It's like living outside of town but being in town at the same time. Sapulpa, Glenpool, & Tulsa Hills are all just a few minutes away. If you are a pet lover, this is the place for you! Everyone here are animal lovers and so friendly. The office staff are so nice and easy to talk to.

I love it here! I'm a single college student, and living out here is a perfect "retreat" from the hustle and bustle of college life, yet it's just 10 minutes away from basically everything I need! It's a great mix of the peacefulness of the country and the convenience of living close to a major city. I always feel safe, and they take great care of their residents!

My family and I have lived here for about a year and a half. I love these apartments. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. It is also a great environment for kids.

I have lived here at Pinehurst for over a year. I LOVE living here. It is a very safe, quiet and peaceful place to live, especially when you are a single parent with little kids. The neighbors are all very sweet and never ever have problems with any of them! The office staff is phenomenal as well as maintenance. Any work orders are done usually the day of. My kids love to go into the office and hug Miss Margaret and Miss Shelly after school. Freedom Elementary is just across the street and they walk over from the school to take your children. What could be better?! Truly a community to look into if you are out apartment hunting. You will NOT be disappointed in choosing this place!

I have lived in these apartments for a little over 4 months. The apartments are nice and the staff is great. The office workers are so friendly and personable and the maintenance staff is so helpful! It is so nice to have both the pool and fitness centers here as well. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for just over a year now and recently moved from a one bedroom unit into a 2 bedroom unit and have enjoyed both. I enjoy the country aspect of this location as compared to the more urban options that I had available when moving to town because it is much quieter and better for studying. I commute to downtown for school everyday and the traffic is always super light and only takes me 15 minutes to get there even during rush hour. The staff are awesome and any work order I have turned in has been fixed the next day. The ladies in the front office are super friendly and know everyone by name.

I have lived here for several months now and I love it. Its a great place to live for family, and there are lots of kids for your kids to play with. The office staff it great, they genuinely care about there tenants and they take the time to get to know you so that you are more than just an apartment number. it kind of has the best of everything. quiet beautiful setting yet close to tulsa. clean spacious apartments yet affordable. very dog friendly. nicest staff. warm friendly environment. fantastic handymen on site who fix things quickly. and i mean quickly!!! i've been here over a year and getting ready to move to my third unit on the property. the units themselves have a bright open floor plan and a stocked kitchen that's super functional. it's square- no stuffy galley type. great seasonal pool. and a small dog park! highly recommend.

You will have problems getting out of your lease. The manger will lie to you about when you can move out and will come up with a reason for why you can not move out and the come up with some crazy price you will have to pay in order to move out. She is very rude and hateful on the phone.

After we sold our house we were nervous about living in an apartment. Thankfully we had a friend that already lived here and loved it. All of our work orders have been done the same day we put them in. Best choice ever!

I have loved living at Pinehurst since the day I moved in. The staff was super friendly when I went in for my visit and had me qualified for my apartment in a matter of hours! The area is nice, quiet and friendly! They are always on call and have been quick to answer when any problem came up. I have 2 dogs and there is plenty of room for me to take them out around the area plus if I forget to grab my doggie bags for their waste, the apartments have stations set up around the grounds that have bags and trash cans to dispose! Nice pool and gym on site and managers and maintenance are on site so if anything happens they are always there! Not to far from Tulsa, takes me 10 minutes to get to my office downtown, but yet its not all the way in town so there is a quiet and peaceful feeling to the area!

The community here really do care and watch out for one another. kinda like a family. anytime I've ever needed something they are there. s

Out in the country, across from a school, and seconds from the turnpike. Beautiful apartments inside and out. All residents and managers have been nice. My only complaint is parking. If you don't work 9-5 you won't get a spot in front of your apartment. But other than that, it's great!!
