The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pinecrest Apartment Homes
They do not answer the phone and will not ever call back to the point I feel I am losing my mind. I honestly think they might not actually have anyone managing the property. Garages get broken into and they couldn’t care less, which has happened multiple times now and they won’t even acknowledge it much less try to prevent it. The owner responded to a review of mine and said it didn’t happen, as if I would love to spend time writing reviews about my garage being broken into for some reason. In reality, I have to do this because I don’t know how to get ahold of anyone at your office, and if they would do their job this could have been handled already. Also charge for renters insurance even if you have it yourself, which they allow, and follow the steps they requested. Was told months ago I would be reimbursed, instead I continue to get charged. Apartment itself is fine, “management”, is an absolute disaster.
One of the best places I’ve lived. The gym is always clean, they do a great job cleaning the common areas every Sunday. Pretty quite place and love the management whenever I need something it is always done right away. If I call for a maintenance request it is completed within 24-48 period time. Only complaint is people not picking up after their dogs but that’s not the property’s fault that’s people just being lazy. Overall great place! Will be resigning my lease for sure!
It’s a horrible building to live in! If I could give it 0 stars I would management sucks everything breaks there’s dogs that poop everywhere no one cleans it up no one does anything about it managers are rude I definitely moved out and don’t recommend it you would be crazy to move here oh and if you want you’re apartment to be heated this is not the place for u they never turn heat on I freeze in my apartment with my kids
I moved in here in June and I have no problems with the apartment itself but the management is 0/10. The day I moved in the guy that did the inspection missed A LOT of scratches, stained, and chips in the paint, so I took it upon myself to take picture of all the issues he didn’t. Wifi is included but wasn’t hooked up for three days and we had to upgrade because you couldn’t even watch Netflix without it buffering every 30 sec. There is zero parking if your not parking in our garages which it seems like no one does because all the spots are ALWAYS full. Some people have decided to start parking in front of their garages and I have sent management picture of everyone and they just say thanks but I don’t really know if they do anything about it. It smells HORRIBLE in the hallways and elevator 60% of the time because dogs pee and poop every where, it’s embarrassing to bring people over. The garbage situation is horrible there is no recycling and the dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing and people just throwing stuff on the ground. Management is worthless and does nothing to improve the issues. 0/10 recommend. Will 100% not be releasing.
The apartments are beautiful and overall pretty quiet. For the most part, I enjoyed my time at Pinecrest with the exception of a few things. When I had a maintenance issue-it took 4 days for them to get to it. Since it wasn’t urgent, I understood. However, when it says they will take care of it between 24-48 hours and it is not done it’s frustrating. I needed to take extra time off work to be here for it. Also, I received an email from a different leasing agent this morning, after living here almost a year, saying that they still do not have my dogs paperwork. This is in fact untrue. I turned in everything when I moved in, and I updated them once my puppy got all of his finalized shots and neutered surgery in October. Now, I get an email 6-7 months later saying they still don’t have it. If they didn’t have it, it should have been dealt with immediately. Now I have finals and I am starting a new job so that needs to come first and I don’t have time to keep running all over town getting everything for them when management can’t even keep it straight. It’s very frustrating. If they kept a consistent leasing agent for each property, this un-organization wouldn’t happen. I’m going to be content when I leave and I will make sure I have organized management at the next property I rent with.
Good luck getting a hold of any of the staff, none the less having them call you back. I had a showing scheduled and the person didn’t show up, I have tried several times after this to reach out and inquire a lease and their staff made no effort to give me a call. Very frustrating and a loss on their part for all of the business they are missing.
