Great staff!, fixes are quick and get done asap! Keeps grounds clean peaceful for the most part and police are quick to respond

I loved my visit here! Ms. Te’Raye was so kind and this was the best apartment i’ve been to so far! The tour was amazing and she gave me time to look, and she wasnt in a rush!

Been in these apartments for about 5 months……ceiling fan fell and was hanging from the bedroom ceiling for2 months before someone came to fix it AC didn’t work, had to buy a window unit and no one still hasn’t come by to fix that Porch light was out for a month, was only fixed a week before new neighbors moved in Mailbox lock has been changed twice without any notification from the office Hot water runs brown all the time Office always closed This place is absolute trash for it to be located in Ridgeland…….DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOURE ALREADY HERE, PLEASE HURRY AND BREAK YOUR LEASE!!!!!!!! ALSO, CALLING CORPORATE WON’T DO ANYTHING, THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE!

I’ve been here for 7 months and every month the office comes up for a new train to charge me extra for rent. Not to mention on the day I was suppose to move in, which they knew 3 months ahead of time, I got a call saying my apartment failed inspection and I couldn’t move in. Oh and the maintenance is non-existing. I had multiple electrical issues that they ignored and even refused to look at. I had to hire someone to come fix it and the office refused to reimburse me. I’ve also yet to get a key to my mailbox, I’ve had flooding in my apartment (maintenance once again never showed up and I had to pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned), the walls are covered in uneven spackle that has been painted over, most of the outlets do not work, the wall are paper thin, I could go on for days.

I’m a former tenant of the apartment complex. After moving out in 2019, we had a few issues where The management decided to post “unpaid payments” on our account which was taken to collections and added to my husband and I’s credit. It took 3+ months to get it removed after getting the run around from Pinebrook for 3+ months so they could contact the collection agency about the false allegations. We were told we would get a refund for our security deposit since we did not have a remaining balance & the apartment wasn’t left with wear & tear. This was back in October of 2021. It is now February 2022, no one is responding to my emails, NONE of the numbers linked to property works, no one is in office when I come in person, and CORPORATE has a number they never answer with a dysfunctional answering machine. We are definitely getting a lawyer now to handle this situation since they don’t seem to respond to regular civilians. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend moving over unless you want the run around during & AFTER your stay.

It takes days to weeks to get emergency (a/c, plumbing, sewage, hot water heater etc) maintenance issues fixed. After being patient and understanding, you basically have to get nasty to get something critical fixed. No one even returns calls when you call the after hours maintenance number. It’s pointless to call in a emergency maintenance request on Saturday & Sunday

I’m currently in the process of relocating and I call the office Milton answer he was very polite and pleasant. Once I arrive to the office to go over prices and tour the apartment Milton made this a easy decision for. Very knowledgeable about this complex and the apartment renovations was amazing

The office & maintenance staff take days to weeks to get stuff fixed.

One of the best places I ever lived. Very quiet and affordable. Everybody in the office is exceptionally nice and maintenance is always on time.

Pinebrook Apartments is a safe, affordable, and comfortable place to reside.

One of the Worse decisions ever. I will be so happy when my lease is up. I wouldnt recommend anyone that I know to move in these apartments. Calling the office is such a headache. Its very hard to get something resolved around here

Maintenance is horrible office communication is horrible.

this is a great place to live location is wonderful. The staff in the office do not communicate do not handle the situation as they should when it comes to maintenance of your apartment.

I have been a resident of Northbrook of Jackson, Ms since 2018. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Everything was brand new when I moved in. The apartment was in great condition The grounds are always kept up.. The office staff is very professional, courteous, patient and understanding. Maintenance is always professional and on time. It is very quiet here and I love it. I would definitely recommend Northbrook of Jackson to friends and family.

Milton in the office helped me with my application and moving in. I moved in within two days of my application being turned in. Mr. Milton made sure the inspection was done and the apartment was clean when I moved in, and he helped so much with the entire process.

Dont move here. Nothing gets done on time or at all. Save your money and move else.

Went in today and had the best experience. My guy Milton was well informed, very polite and extremely helpful. He extended every courtesy he could. The renovations look great. Definitely suggest anyone in the market contact Milton.

This was the best apartment tour I have experienced. Milton was very personable with us and knowledgeable about the property. He answered any question we had, and I look forward to potentially being a resident with Pinebrook/Northbrook!

Now that these apartments are under new management, I would recommend anyone to come. They have next day and sometimes same day maintenance, everything is remodeled or in the process of being remodeled, and they actually answer the phone now.

Northbrook apartments are somewhat okay. Yes it is quiet, however the problems are once you get inside. The management told me I would getting a downstairs apartment but on the day I went to get my keys they put me upstairs. The walls are not painted nicely. The electrical circuits are all messed up. There are soft spots in the flooring but they will tell you its nothing to worry about. The dishwasher smells. I had to sell my washer and dryer because they put the connections in a closet that had the smallest space. Its hard to reach someone in the office. They never answer the phone. On scale of 10 its a 5.0. L. Bell

Great area to live in, but apartment conditions not worth the price

I would not recommend. No one ever answers the phone and if they so they cant answer your questions, Nor do they return phone calls like they say they will

This community has went down drastically. From maintenance to the quality of people moving here.

Ive been staying in Northbrook for 9 months now. Quiet/safe area & love the floor plan layout. Any problems I may have the management and maintenance team make it there duty to get it right. Also very friendly. Highly recommend .

Horrible experience. Had I known these issues were going to keep recurring i would have never resigned my lease.

Over priced for stuff you dont get to use...people are sneaking out in the middle of the night moving by the dozens due to bad management and lack of comfort

Great place to stay in a nice location. Never had any issues. Just make sure you keep up with all of your paperwork and rent receipts because they sometimes have issues in between mangers

I was approved for my apartment in March. I was scheduled to move in 08/7/2020. the apartment i applied for was not ready and i was informed that it would not be until two weeks later. They told me they had and apartment ready that I could move into. I had not viewed a one bedroom apartment until they actual day I moved in. The apartment they showed me had so may issues but the management promised to get them resolved. The AC vents were dirty , the power switches were dirty and uneven, the bathtub needs to be resurfaced, my refriderator would not get cold at all, the knobs on the tub are difficult to turn and the paint job on the apartment is sub-par. In my opinion when they flipped this unit it was a rushed job and very unprofessional. I have had food to spoil because of my refrigerator and I am really not satisfied with this apartment complex at the moment. The website is very misleading, at the moment I am not going to renew my lease. I am very disappointed ! My refrigerator was switched out and it is mix-match to my other appliances. It was put in from an opposite facing apartment and the door opens the wrong way. I was informed that this is all they have. Also, my second apartment key can not be found between office staff and maintenance.

Overall Im pleased with Northbrook! I hate the carpet in bedrooms but cant move my furniture to have carpet replaced due to wear over the years. Parking lot has lots of sand & mud during rain & needs to be done

The property seem to be going downhill.

The apartment is very physically appealing. However since I moved in it has been problem after problem with the apt. Maintence is slow to respond. I have yet to recieve the mailbox key and its going on four months since Ive been here.

It's mostly quiet here and the office staff are the best. Maintenance are very respectful and will go out of their way to ensure your needs are met.

Pinebrook is a nice quiet area to stay in but the quality of the apartments are not worth the price being paid for.The maintenance people dont complete work orders.Also smoke is always in my apartment from my neighbor.And my rent went up $30 more from what I usually pay.

I stay here and I freaking hate it! I’ve had a roof leak for months and a maintenance request for a tub resurfacing since May. I haven’t been able to take a sit down bath since. No maintenance and on top of that, they lost my rent money order. Save yourself and don’t rent here. -Christina

I love living at Pinebrook. The property staff and maintenance staff are always smiling and seem happy to help. The siding could look a little better but i've heard they are replacing it soon. The neighborhood is good and there is never any crime here. I like my neighbors and i always feel peaceful when coming home. I come home late at night and never feel uncomfortable. There is also a police officer that lives at the property which makes me feel even more comfortable.

I love living at Pinebrook. The trees make the property feel cozy and warm. The grass is always green and the property is always clean. I have never had any problems with the property staff or maintenance staff. I would and have recommended Pinebrook to many of my friends and coworkers.

Centrally located between the cities of Jackson and Madison MS, makes living there ideal for work and school. However the quality of the complex care has diminished in the last few years. And the rent keeps increasing. It's still nice for how much you pay but has few amenities. I've been there ten years. Come see for yourself!

Maintenance guys are nice. That's the only complement I can give this place. Need to talk to someone in the office? Good luck. Although office hours are clearly posted, 85% of the time they can't be bothered to be there. In three years, every issue that has been fixed I had to bring to the maintenance crew's attention directly. Submitting a work order through the office or their website is a waste of time because it will be ignored. I have to buy and change air filters and do preventative maintenance myself because they could care less. They keep raising rent but have nothing to show for it. If you're one day late on your rent they will post a notice of eviction on your door but they take their sweet time doing anything you request of them if at all. The "quaint" wood single siding is cracking, rotting, and falling off the building. They promised three years ago they were replacing the siding but in three years the replaced a whopping quarter of one building's worth of shingles. In summation, this place is not worth a bit of the money you pay. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere. They don't deserve it.
