Property Ratings at Pine Valley Estates Apartments
Not only are they pet-friendly, but their customer service front representative, as well as their maintenance crew, are always on top of things. We've lived in other apartments that are considered "high-end" and only got headaches from having to deal with inexperienced individuals who lacked customer service skills, and it beats the the white apartments on Bellrose St. on the East Side: We lived on the ground level, while our neighbors upstairs got flooded due to a faulty toilet, and our belongings were contaminated, and yet management didn't do anything, while we lost several hundreds of dollars. Here, we're in the Big Leagues. Maintenance Crews are on-call 24/7. How can you beat that? M.P.
I have lived here about seven years and I love this place. My apartment is very spacious and I enjoy going out to my enclosed patio. I love to have a washer and dryer in my home, so I spend more quality time with my family. Maintenance is very professional and always fix promptly your requests. The property manager is very helpful and professional. The only thing I do not like about the management company is that they constantly change the office staff. I do not think is a good idea for us the residents. However, I love my home and I extremely recommend this place to live.
I have been living here for 7 months, it is a great place to live, very calm and quiet, great space and spacious apartments, awesome management and maintenance staff, when ever I have a work order they are very prompt and quick to resolve my issue.
