The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pine Tree
I rented a 1 bed and 1 bath apartment. It was “renovated” with new floors. I had old appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher) that weren’t in good condition, and were never fixed, even when I had contacted maintenance. The property was usually uncared for, with trash always being left on lawns and inside of the building hallways. The washing/dryer machines were hit or miss and didn’t work 99% of the time. Usually requiring 2-3 cycles at $2.00 per cycle. Even after contacting management regarding the washer/dryer issues it was never addressed. The machines tend to eat money often as well. I contacted management and the appliance company multiple times and I never received my money back. Communication between residents and management was not good. Emails and calls to management were rarely answered and it normally took a few attempts before you got an answer; and still issues were rarely addressed. The property just blatantly felt neglected. Buildings had no security at all, with entrance doors having broken handles or just being left open, oftentimes seeing random people just enter the building and walking throughout the halls. Recorded on my Ring camera, we even had instances of tenants attempting to open my apartment door around 2am. The lease was never enforced. People smoking inside, trash being left in hallways and stairwells, trash left in the yards, and the broken glass bottles in the parking lots and never cleaned up.
I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s definitely not worth it. The kids in this complex are awful and their parents don’t watch them. They break glass everywhere and set fires outside. Management is annoying and doesn’t do much. The apartments are way over priced compared to what they have to offer, which isn’t much. Also there is not a gym here so I’m not sure why they have that listed on here.
