Property Ratings at Pine Tree Apartments
The worst place I have ever lived in Chico. One week in and my car was already hit and was told they don’t have any cameras. Bathrooms are built for children.
Pine Tree Apartments sets the gold standard for apartment living in Chico. The management team is on site during normal business hours Monday through Saturday and are always helpful, friendly, and focused. The on site maintenance crew is fast, professional, and responsive--I have never had to wait for more than a few hours to have an appliance fixed or issue solved. This complex is family friendly and has weight and fitness rooms and a large pool. There are also many playgrounds and a preschool within the complex. Although, a bit pricey, an in-house subsidy is provided for low income families. In short. You cannot find a better managed or maintained complex in the area, or happier tenants.
