Living at this property has been a great experience, thanks in large part to the incredible team that runs it. The property manager is hands-down the best I’ve ever dealt with—professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Karina goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that we feel at home. The maintenance guy, Ryan is just as impressive—fast, friendly, and incredibly skilled. Every time I’ve needed something fixed, it’s been handled quickly and done right the first time. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that both management and maintenance are so reliable. If you’re looking for a place where the people truly make a difference, this is it!
I just moved out had to move back home to Canada. I lived here for almost a year. Property is really Nice. Friendly neighbours and loved every min living here. The management is really helpful and accommodated me in few issues I had. I recommend living here and rent price is best I could find for what I was looking for.
The property manager (Cody) is a dishonest person who does not answer your phone calls and does not reply to any maintenance requests. 500$ deposit will be confiscated from day one so don't expect to receive it. The place is very old and badly insulated that your bill will be at least 300$ heat. A lot of mold in the apartments. I do not recommend it at all.
Last minute move for job. Found this great apartment near Pittsburg, but out of the city. Close to stores and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. Management made moving via internet easy...I was moving from Wisconsin and couldn't be there, so they arranged for email and mail rental agreements. I'm glad I chose Pine Ridge Apartments.
