Rochester Hills is a fairly large suburban community roughly forty minutes north of Detroit. The city enjoys an exceptionally low crime rate, and the public schools earn excellent ratings. Large nature preserves like Bloomer Park give residents ample opportunities for sports, hiking, and biking. Oakland University on the west side of town is also full of great venues for folks to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, including Sharf Golf Course and Meadow Brook Amphitheatre. The close proximity to Detroit makes it easy for folks to get into the larger city for work or leisure.

The maintenance crew is simply amazing – they are quick, efficient, and truly care about maintaining the property and addressing any concerns promptly. The combination of outstanding customer service and top-notch maintenance makes this community a fantastic place to call home. Highly recommend!

Very clean, peaceful, and serine. From the moment i got onto the property i knew it was for me. The apartment has everything i wanted, washer and dryer, central air, and 3 layers of concrete for noise control. Thank you.

Great place to live. Nice amenities, excellent location and good maintenance. The playground, barbecue and firepit were great additions. Trash pickup is not worthy though.

I love living at Pine Ridge Apartments! My renovated unit is beautiful—modern, clean, and truly feels like home. The location is also a huge plus—close to Target, Meijer, and a great variety of restaurants. Maintenance is always quick and dependable, and the staff is warm and welcoming. Great location and excellent maintenance. The playground is a great addition. The new grill area was also really beneficial in summer. The fire pit is a great gathering place too.

My husband and I really enjoy our home at Pine Ridge. The property is very well cared for. We enjoy the cleanliness and safety of the complex, as well as the amenities. The gym is one of the nicest I've seen, comparatively to other apartment complexes in the area. The residents are kept informed of any upcoming projects - of which have been successfully orchestrated with minimal interferences. We hope that we can continue to stay residents of Pine Ridge in the future.

I’ve been a longtime resident, and love how much Pine Ridge truly does feel like a community. The residents are mostly friendly and look out for each other. The management is always quick to help with any issues.

Pine Ridge is very reasonably priced, very nice and spacious apartments, they give a lot of care into the maintenance of the grounds, and the office staff are very nice and professional.

Pine Ridge is a very good community, safe, beautiful and clean. Staff service is good. The clothes dryer did not work and was quickly replaced with a new one. There was a problem with the refrigerator and sink, and they were repaired quickly. Many of my neighbors have lived in Pine Ridge for many years, they all fell in love with it and don't want to leave.

Very quiet neighborhood. Very close to Rochester downtown, shopping, restaurants and activities. Rates are reasonable and would recommend everyone to try this apartment.

I have lived at Pine Ridge for two years and just renewed my lease for another year. The office staff is responsive and handles requests quickly. Can't say enough about the great maintenance staff. My hot water tank ruptured on a Friday at 4:30, flooding the bedroom, hallway, and storage closet. They were at my home in less than ten minutes and within two hours, the new tank was installed, I had hot water and the carpet company had extracted the water and left 3 blowers to dry everything out. The grounds are well maintained and trash free. Snow removal is spot on. Overall, a very nice community in which to live!

Great place to live, have been there for 2 years and I have had no issues at all. Green areas are always clean and well-maintained, the surroundings are peaceful and safe, and maintenance service is excellent. The price is a little up but 100% worth it.

Pine Ridge is near to schools, churches, stores, gas stations, it has well maintained grounds, grassy areas where families can gather or where kids play, pets are allowed, their maintenance staff are quick to address problems and resolve it right away, snow is cleared during winter months, has nice swimming pool and gym.

Pine Ridge is a solid 4/5 with all the major amenities provided. The downsides are its proximity to the highway and cheap construction while the upsides are its pricing, cleanliness, affordability, and service/management.

I absolutely love this community. The office staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I do miss our pre-Covid get togethers. I’ve lived here a long time and cannot imagine living anywhere else.
